  GREAT customer service. We were initially sent the incorrect mattress. The company asked us to go through a series of steps to ensure that the mattress we did get was actually the wrong one, that was a little annoying. But all in all, they corrected the mistake quickly and sent us the correct mattress. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

  I found this pillow by just asking the ****** thing a pillow for tall people. Might have guessed I don't use a computer much. It took me to ************************* a 6' 5" man with 62" chest and 290 lbs its hard to find a pillow that fits.THIS ONE DOES !!!!Guys, if your a big man, just buy the **** pillow, worth every cent.

  We wanted a mattress that wasn't just memory foam where you sink in it. I needed help for my hips that hurt at night and I found a combination of not too firm and easy on the joints too. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service from ********************** is super quick and really kind and considerate. We found that we felt a bit hot but they gave us help with tips on sheets that felt cooler and they even sent us complimentary bamboo sheets to help us. (That's on top of the cotton sheets that were free with the mattress) So we are very grateful!

  I am impressed with Douglas customer service and the professionalism of the company.I have not yet determined if this mattress will be suitable for me, but am giving it at least 60 days to see if there is a noticeable improvement.Fingers crossed.

  Fantastic beds. This is our second one. Unfortunately I discovered I ordered the regular thickness soft/medium mattress and not the double thick version. Oh well, I'll find out this week if my daughter likes it when she gets home.

  1) Sustainable product made by a **************** with ethics from all I have been able to ascertain.2) Price was very reasonable. We bought this during a sale and received a set of sheets for free PLUS a second set for 50% off. Both are very nice quality Egyptian cotton. PLUS a pair of pillows and pillow covers. 3) 365 night guarantee was the clincher.4) So far, so good. One month in and my partner loves the mattress and is sleeping better - he's a very warm sleeper and has found this mattress much cooler than our old one. I would have preferred a firmer mattress, but I don't NOT like this one so all's well. 6) Ships in a fairly large box but is easy to get upstairs. Mattress unfolds and expands very quickly. Easy to set up on the frame.
