    Douglas Mattress! Love everything about it! The incredible customer service, great communication, quick responses, the mattress is amazing! Having the best sleeps! Also, I purchased set of sheets, the quality is outstanding! Duvet is perfect! Ive been highly recommending Douglas to all my friends and family! Cant go wrong with this! Thank you so much Douglas Mattress, what a wonderful all around experience!

    We purchased our mattress from Logan and Cove. The mattress arrived on time. I have never had a better night sleep. I am a side sleeper and purchased the mattress for side sleepers. I would definitely recommend this company and mattress to everyone.

    My wife and I have purchased 2 queen sized mattresses with bundles from Goodmorning.com and our experiences were excellent. **************** was responsive and helpful when we had a brief delay in shipping of the 2nd bundle, and everything was sorted out quickly. Great quality products, very supportive mattresses and pillows, we are more than happy and would definitely recommend this company to others.

    It's a great mattress.. My first mattress with foam and gel. Great sleep easy to set up. Firm bed but not hard, Big bonus getting free sheets pillows and covers. Great quality items.Quick delivery as well.I recommend this bed.

    I have never been more frustrated with a customer service team than I have been with Logan & Cove. The mattress was shipped to our house, and it arrived missing the box, the shipping label appeared to have been ripped off the box and taped onto the plastic, it was sitting on our doorstep in the rain, with the plastic wrap tattered. luckily the mattress didn't get wet, but the inner seal was wrecked and the mattress was nearly impossible to remove from the plastic outer wrap. Once we got it unpacked, we slept on the mattress which is supposed to be "medium-firm" according to the company, and it is the softest mattress I have ever had. Also, the dimensions are not correct, my previous king size mattress fit into our frame perfectly, and this one has large 3-4" gaps between the frame at both the head and foot of the bed. When I contacted customer service to let them know the condition that the mattress arrived in, they shunted me into a "warranty" ticket email. which i replied to explaining that I wasn't requesting a warranty claim, i wanted them to be aware of the shipping issues, to which i got no reply. Then when I contacted them about my disappointment with the mattress, and that I would like to return it, I was sent an email about logging into the website to initiate a return. when i did that, it says I am not eligible for a return, because the customer is MANDATED to sleep on the mattress for 30 days before being allowed to return it. The marketing is beyond misleading, it says "hassle free 365 day trial", but once you look further into it, it says "can be returned between days ******". what a terrible policy. I will NEVER recommend any company founded by good morning.com. who knows if I will ever get my money back either.

    Constantly lies about their estimated shipping time. I firmly believe they hide behind an anonymous courier partner so they can have an excuse that it's not their fault and they're "looking" into the issue while charging you for the full amount. **************** is not transparent at all and passes the blame to someone else.

    I was waking each morning with a very sore back when sleeping on my pillow top mattress and the ******* mattress was recommended. It had good reviews and I have not been disappointed. My back pain is almost gone and I am sleeping great. I have never slept on a foam mattress before but would definitely recommend it. The quality of the material is fantastic and it is even great to look at. The mattress cover is amazing. The foam pillows are also very comfortable.
