Complaint: REMOVED
I am rejecting this response because:jobber correspondence keeps referring to an account that has no affiliation with this account. I have received numerous emails from several different people. When you try to call, they say they dont take phone calls. They only communicate by email. And I keep getting the same response, with no positive results. Data has still been locked, and I am unable to do any billing, accounts receivable, scheduling, tax reporting, etc. This is business ending behavior. At this point, I do not want to use the software, but I do need access to the data that is stored there. Access for a brief period of time, or they can download the reports I requested and send them to me and that would satisfy my complaint.
Sincerely,
REMOVEDBusiness Response

They are withholding my money I collected from a client. It's going on a month and they still have not paid out my money to me. I was not told they needed my drivers license and business license prior to collecting payments, it wasn't until I startedI collecting payments is when I realized I was not getting paid out. I had to reach out to them to find out they needed more documents before they would give me my money. It's been weeks and they keep telling me the issue will be resolved in 3 days but in 3 days they tell to wait 3 more days. It's weeks now and they disabled the payouts on my account so I can't continue to collect payments because they will withhold that as well.Business Response

We are a small 3-person roofing/siding business that had come across Jobber while outsourcing some work. We held intro calls with their salesperson, submitted all the required information (e.g., company name, doing business as (DBA) name, EIN#, etc.) and had begun a trial with them. We sent out our first invoice for $3,050 to a customer and the customer paid the invoice. REMOVEDthen abruptly closed our account via email notification from their risk department. Nobody will speak with us over the phone with an explanation as to why our account was closed. Further, the $3,050 is now being sent back to the customer during the next 5-10 business days. This is absolutely ridiculous and we want our account reinstated immediately.Business Response
