      Ever since the announcement of merger with *****'s my **** internet quality and connection has gone downhill big-time.Would expect better internet for the prices that are charged but seems to be getting worse on a daily basis. If no improvements are made soon you're definitely losing another customer and quite possibly many, many more!

      Worst ever !!! So much wasted time dealing with this company. It has been years of Shaw calling me, telling me they can hook us up with Internet, now ******/Shaw did the same thing. So many times I would be skeptical and then be convinced that this time it’s really ready. So many phone calls and emails, all that time (literally hours upon hours !!!?!?!) I’ll never get back. I am done, will never ever ever do business to either ****** or Shaw ever ever ever !!!!! -10 Star review. What a disrespectful disgrace of a business!

      Absolute disgrace of a company. They force you to lock into long-term plans with the promise of savings. Then of course there are hefty cancellation fees when you have to move. Not only that, the support is terrible and they give you outdated equipment. Buyer be warned. I'll be moving myself over to ***** where my wife has had much better service, lower prices and no contracts!

      I have been with Shaw for 20 years, since the merge the customer service has been absolute garbage. I was given a "great offer" to get the "best internet" for the same price as my old contact, since getting the fastest bestest internet, I have called Shaw minimally once a week. I would call every day if I had the time and if the customer service could help. My internet drops constantly, and the customer service wait times are ridiculous. Why offer a call back feature if you have to wait 30+ minutes to speak to an agent. I should just wait on hold.... Loyal customers like me will walk away, we have online learners in our household, for the price we pay, our service should be excepital. I dont know what happened to Shaw but since the merge, it has sucked big time!

      Ever since refers bought out shaw they have spiked their prices customer with shaw for years get faced with activation fees ****** set up fees and if you aren't knowledgeable on setting up services your met with a $100 charge just to get going. ******* was a money focused company from the beginning I requested a supervisor had to say it 3 times for her to submit a formal to get one then come back said she talked to him and agrees with me so you don't need to speak to one. I requested one before and was told no supervisor was there technically are always to have senior staff like supervising a shift said would take my name and number one will call you back in 24 hours I tell them they never do oh yes they do I promise I waited hoping on 2 months no call. Prices spiked have brought expensive fees as I said treated horrible even worse than when was shaw. If a company refuses to let customers leave reviews ******* doesn't the takeover did not make services better

      Garbage, constantly crashes, out for 13 hours so far today. Not fixed yet, blue curve *****. Rural communities are never priority.

      Be a loyal customer and then when you need to cancel for financial reasons they will chew you up and spit you out charging you a huge bill cause they can.Bunch of corporate morons who care nothing about the customer.

      We disconnected our service on July 10 2023, and sent all of the blue curve equipment back then I received a bill for 523.00 plus the 165.00 I owed for the month. I sent them the sum of 363.00 thinking they double billed us, nope they never received the returned equipment gave them the tracking number and told them they were the ones that sent me the return label...the billing dept is a little out of touch, then I was told that I would be getting a credit for the 363.00 that also did not happen, because now Im being told they have to send me a check, which will take up to 6 weeks to get here all because I paid online banking....never heard of such a thing I was with them for over 15 years they talk about loyalty till its not, now I'm sitting on the phone waiting for a supervisor to clear an amount that is over 200.00...why is there no minimum set limit the billing department can clear... You guys are way to big, and to much control...

      Shaw no longer offered customer service in our area, and our satellite was not working. We were told it would be a 3-month wait for one of their service representatives to attend our service call, yet we were charged 3 months of charges...with. no service. We are an extremely dissatisfied customer, who has been a long time customer, and expected better customer service. Disappointed, cancelled, and a very bad review from us.

      On Jun.2nd,2023, I phoned Shaw "Customer Service"for what SHOULD be a simple matter:Please close both my Internet & Cable Accts., as I have moved & no longer require these services.I gave the C.S.R. my new Address,to send my final Bills.She put me on hold, to"speak to her team"(?).A few moments later,a defensive Supervisor came on the line & asked me"What's the problem?".I said:"No problem at my end".I then reiterrated the reason for my call.She told me to recycle the modem & gave me a Policy# for Canada Post,to return the Cable Box,to Shaw.I gave her my forwarding Address,as well.The next day,I took Packaged Cable Box(with Policy#)to ********,for shipment.On Jun.25th,still no Bill,for either Acct.,I phoned Shaw.I explained the situation.I again gave the C.S.R. my new Address.First,she said my Bill, was sent to the Service Address. I told her I have moved & to a different City.After a few minutes of back & forth,she claimed,the Bill was sent to my new Address & that I should contact **** ****!!After more back & forth,She put me on hold to"Talk to her Team".After 20 mins.,on hold,I hung up.No one phoned back.Today,July11th,I received my Internet Bill,Addressed to General Delivery,rather then the P.O.Box that I gave 3 different people at Shaw!(Rural Mail is sent P.O.Box-no door to door delivery).The Bill should be prorated for 15 days of service:$26.50.Sadly no,it's for$74.00!!They charged me after I closed my Accts.I can't wait to see my Cable Bill-whenever they get around to sending it! I phoned Shaw,yet again.After 20 mins.,on hold,I hung up.Seriously Shaw,a trained circus monkey could do a better job,with such a basic,simple matter.I urge everyone:get your Services from the competion.By the way,both ********* & SHAW PARENT *** ******,managed to send me Bills, to my new Address.Too bad I can't leave no stars!!
