      Horrible to deal with. They charge customers for services they don't use, disconnect you and still charge you.

      Absolutely abhorrent internet service provider. Performance is extremely slow, and even after purchasing faster plans and being home by yourself, you can still experience horrific ping spikes when trying to play online games (>500ms). You will never not run into an issue when trying to use the internet provided by Shaw. Do not waste your money and time; you have been ultimately warned.

      Very unreliable internet-lots of crashing and poor coverage in an average size home. Poor customer support-******* tech support. Lazy installation. Cannot recommend!

      I came to this site looking to complain about **** (lack of) service! My goodness it is so awful to see so many people have the same terrible experience. I was just trying to pay my bill since Canada Post is on strike. Waited so long after plugging in my credit card, only to be told it was wrong and they couldnt just take my card, had to send a link. Then I tried again, and their **** internet put me with ******, then they got mad at me for contacting ****** when it was their number I used. Tried again on chat, put through to the wrong person, then they transferred me again, to the WRONG PERSON! Just incredibly bad customer service and no consideration of our time and the **** we pay each month for the pleasure of watching the TV I already own. Argh!!

      Shaw automated systems and customer service representatives were not open communicators skilled in customer service and transferring my need for communication to billing department and tgeir supervisors. Automated system billed me for the Internet service after disconnection.

      **** internet is horrible and customer service appalling. I had nothing but headaches once I switched to ****. They sent agents several times and none could "fix" things. Wifi was totally unreliable. As a result, I missed online classes, could not rely on zoom calls. All of this was remedied once I switched to *****. I returned all their equipment as requested. They said we would be clear once I had mailed it all in. Still, they harassed me for money which I did not owe them. I sent them an email and received no response. I phoned them numerous times and was told that waiting time was well over an hour. Once I waited up to 2 hours and still didn't get through. They continued to harass me with emails and letters and have now sent a collection agency after me. They will never receive a ***** from me for this appalling lack of service. Run as quickly as possible from any **** offers. They are *******

      SHAW / R****** IS THE ABSOLUTE ABSOLUTE worst internet service as well as customer service. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to reschedule an agent in any kind of timely fashion - when I finally got a tech to my house he was scared of my dog -- NO ONE asked if their were pets in the house so I had to send my kid and dog away (not a big big issue but its inconvenient for us, and unfair for the tech) Trying to reach shaw to inform them the tech was scared of animals was again another massive issue and im currently 60th in line to speak to someone. It just bloody ridiculous.

      Shady billing practices.I cancelled my account within 1 month of the end of the term agreed to in contract. I paid the full term of the contract out. They are now hitting me with a 35 dollar fee for cancelling. They have escalated it to my creditors. I am tempted to take them to the supreme court over it to be honest.I had a call with a rep, they said they would remove the charge. Everything remains now a month later. This is obscene and frankly they need to be taken to court over this.

      Absolute Horrible Customer Service. They do not respect your loyal business and have no respect for your time. I called to speak to a manager (by the way they have no Accountability) and the first time they said they would call me back, never received a call. The second time kept me on the phone for 30mins, and today OVER AN HOUR. My time is valuable too!!!! ****** Employee# WMUF (if that is her real number) just kept receipting the same thing like a broken recorder. " I understand your frustration" So this is the first step Better Business Bureau says to to. Let's see if ****/****** even responds to this. I will see if my loyal business for over 10 years means anything.
