      I have had lots of dealing with Visions Crowfoot in the past. ****** has always been stand up guy, man of his word. This last time Raj ******************* was who I was sent too for my new auto stereo upgrade. What a mistake for me for sure...the BIG up sale, promises not kept then I would need to spend more money to get the sound I was promised. Not good! This trip I spent almost $2000.00, had to make a second appointment to get the app tuned and still told to come back or wait 2-3 hours. Would not recommend this store for car audio!

      **** **** ********* when dealing with Indigenous people, in Canada there's laws pertaining to exceptions of taxation issues. The stores policy according to them; is since they can't collect tax on purchases, they charge a delivery fee $80 in city limits & additional $50 for out of city deliveries? If a Indigenous person doesn't want to pay those fees, they direct you to order online. After they mail your purchase to you, a Indigenous person can request an exception of taxation by sending a copy of your status card. This store among others definitely requires cross cultural training & understanding the laws of Canada when conducting business with Indigenous people. Not impressed with the bureaucracy.

      Shopping online and customer service is a complete garbage service. After 2 days they created the label , till here all good. After 2 days after they created the label the package was still in the warehouse . I call customer service many times , each times they have a robot which is told ET 11 minutes . 7 times called , every time 11 minutes and after I wait 11 minutes is nobody answer and the call cut off. After all this I go to warehouse and ask them how I can get my package . The manager told me , she can't give the package . I ask where is my package or How I can get the package, she told me was just pick up by *********. I called ********* and they told me no way , the package is in the warehouse . This is a big company based on liers , sellers , which only want to sell you something but no service . Same town and I must wait for package 6 or more days to get delivery . I wonder if ***************** create this company and hired all the liers to get in business. Why are we not able to pick up the package from warehouse ? Because in the office they don't work , only talk about vacation , ****** and all kind of BLA, BLA . This is the really low level company . ******* * ***************** NEVER , NEVER again

      Short version: I have bought 4-5 TVs from Visions over the past dozen years without issue. But this most recent experience has been absolutely terrible and I won't shop with Visions ever again. Go buy whatever you are looking for at a more reputable retailer with respectful customer service. The details: I bought a projector on sale for a gift. I received an item that had clearly been opened before and was even missing parts inside. I reached out for an explanation and they said it should be a new item. I requested further information and they said they contacted the store it was shipped from and that it was a new item. This was NOT the case. If you want to be gaslit by terrible, spotty customer service then shop here. Otherwise, please spend your money at a more reputable retailer. I've been trying to get a refund from Visions for weeks now.

      ******* ***** *** * purchased online, item was available online. 10 days later canada post tracking shows unexpected delay, Follow up with call to customer support, waited 10 min and then disconnected due to unavailable staff. Cteated a support ticket and no return email response received.Please dont buy from this company, they take your money and dont deliver.

      Worst customer service ever!! Selected 1 star because there was nothing lower. Purchased a 75" ******* TV. Delivered on Friday before the May long weekend. Set up the TV, left side of the panel would not light up. Finally received an email on the Tuesday after the long weekend that stated: (Visions Electronics) May 23, 2023, 11:12 a.m. MDT Hello, Thank you for your ticket, we are very sorry for the condition of your TV upon arrival. Please respond to this email with pictures of the following: All 6 sides of the box Serial number on the TV Serial number on the box All internal packaging The TV turned on Damages to the TV Once we have these photos we will proceed with either Replacing or refunding your order. Thank you, Visions Electronics - Customer Service The next 2 emails I received were to inform me that it was my fault and any claim I had was denied. Further stated that the first email I received was from a trainee and was meant for a different customer. I asked them to send out a technician and show me were I allegedly damaged the TV, denied. An expensive lesson, $1013.60, and that purchase will be headed to the landfill shortly. Never again will I shop at Visions!

      I had bought a sound system from the Visions in *********. I had wanted to have them install it, but they didn't have the parts and waiting months for it to come in, they kept adding things to the install. I was not happy and told them that was not what I was quoted. They kept arguing with me, and then they kicked me out of the store. Everyone I had dealt with was rude and so unprofessional. I will NEVER shop at Visions again, it was the Coquitlam Branch and Langley Branch that I was dealing with.
