1 starVery disappointed with the service. There is a fee for "diagnostics", they do not care about ATCO's diagnosis. On top of that fee, the costumer is the one who pays the technician by the hour. So, if the guy takes 3 hours there, then the client is supposed to pay for that. Then add the parts, and just to go and grab the part is extra $150!! The first guy they sent, took 2 hours to come with a diagnostic and a quote for parts and repair and labor. It was over $1000. Then, I said, I cannot pay that today, I need save money for this. Then, he took another hour and came up with a very different diagnostic. Then it was about $300. I said, I will decide later. According to the guy, he let the furnace working. It was not. I complained, they sent another technician and this one took 20 min and came up with a quote for $1300. Now different to the 2 initial diagnostics. I could not believe that the other guy took so long and did a thorough revision, and he did not find other issues and his quote was less than the new one. Not only that, I guess the technician ego was hurt when I mentioned all the different causes and prices that the same company is giving me every day while ATCO had said that already for free. HVAC guy ego was hurt and was annoyed and left. I was glad, because I cannot trust a company who changes causes and prices, and the customer has to pay extra fees for everything. No guarantees. Also, if it is after 6 pm, of course there is also an extra fee. Absolutely outrageous.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the service that we provided. Yes, when we send a Licensed Journeyperson Technician to your home, the homeowner pays for that service. We try to be very thorough with our diagnostics and fair and competitive with our pricing. We warranty our work and invest in the training and education of our staff to ensure they are providing the best service that we can. 5 starsExceptional service from ****** in replacing my hot water tank. As promised Technician (***) arrived right on time 2 days after receiving quote and started to prepare for removal of old tank and installation of new one. Second Technician (*****) arrived with new tank and after maneuvering it into the basement had it hooked up and functional in no time at all! Old tank and clutter removed and after installation checks completed, hot water was flowing as normal. Professional, customer focused and friendly service above expectations from this company. I will continue to engage them for future requirements.Arpi's Industries Ltd.

5 starsHad the furnace and hot water tank replaced. I was impressed by the work of the two technicians. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, clean and very pleasant. In one word "professional" from the beginning to the end of the work. 4 starsYour technician, ****, arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He was so friendly, efficient and he did an excellent job in servicing our furnace. We appreciated him also for installing our new thermostant. We have been using ARPIS for 10 years now since we bought our furnace in 2013. Thank you ARPIS for your great Customer Service! 5 starsI called the emergency # at 7PM since my furnace broke down and it was a cold night. They said they would be there at 8:30 to figure out the problem and fix it. I analyzed everything and discovered what was wrong. I called the service member and he was just finishing up with the last customer and getting to come over and I let him know I fixed it. He said he was happy for me and I was very happy that ****** did not charge me anything since he told the truth and let me know I caught him just in time and he had not started to drive to my location yet.Arpi's Industries Ltd.
