5 starsRecently I bought a Lennox Air Conditioner through ****** and had ****** do the installation. I approach most house projects with a great deal of skepticism . In this case I was very pleasantly surprised. The ******* ***************** did an exceptional installation. It was done in one day without any drama and there were no ugly homeowner surprises.It is always nice to deal with professionals. ****** and their people are very good.Arpi's Industries Ltd.

5 starsAs usual ****** technicians did an incredible job! They installed a new furnace for me. They were on time and worked efficiently and diligently throughout the day to get it up and running by the end of the day. It's really too bad that other companies don't strive to have the same work ethics and customer satisfaction that ****** does. Thank you gentlemen. You are the bestArpi's Industries Ltd.

5 starsExcellent service! The technician ******************************* was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain features of my equipment. Also explained an Arpis service plan to save money. The service call was on time and very impressed the level of articulation to ensure every piece of equipment was cleaned and operating at correct level. 5 starsJust had a furnace replacement with new air conditioning, thermostat and humidifier. 1. They came and provided the estimate on the agreed upon time and date. 2 other companies never did provide their estimates. 2. This team hit the ground running... They got after it and finished it on the projected schedule.3. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.4. Once the system was commissioned, ******* walked me through each new device.Highly recommend.Arpi's Industries Ltd.

5 stars******************************* came to service my furnace and air conditioner. He took his time to go through everything thoroughly. He actually took all the screens off the ** unit to clean it completely. The squirrel cage fan in the furnace showed buildup of dirt on the blades. He cleaned that very well. While both the furnace and ** unit are relatively new, he showed me where he was not getting the proper delta temperature across the condenser. He said that can be caused by low fluid, or a control valve not functioning properly. He suggested adding some fluid first. He did this, and then the unit started functioning up to specifications. No need for a new valve. The ** unit now works better than it has ever done, even when it was new. I am completely happy with the work of this technician, and will request he comes back for the annual service next year. I always use ****** for all my heating and cooling needs.Arpi's Industries Ltd.

5 stars**** and **** are a great team and worked well together installing our new central air conditioner. They arrived on time and hardly took a break (if any) while working diligently and expeditiously while here. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional - answering any questions I asked. Their work was very professional and they explained how to operate the system afterwards.. They are great ambassadors for Arpis, and made ** extremely happy we chose them to do the install.!!Arpi's Industries Ltd.

5 starsHad my 52 year old furnance replaced by Arpis. It was still working but time for an upgrade. The ********* were very good. From start to finish they answered all my questions. Did a walk through when work was completed and showed me the operational features of the new unit. Keep up the good work fellas.Arpi's Industries Ltd.
