Cancellation charges for commercial orders will be upon terms that will compensate Arpi’s for its commitments in regard to labor and material.
On residential orders, cancellation within 5 business days of the installation date will be charged 10% of the total price. Cancellation charges are waived for residential orders with notice greater than 5 business days from installation date unless custom-work or special item costs have been incurred.
Cancellation fees for custom/special items are determined on an individual job basis.
