Inside Out Total Wellness supports three key elements of wellness through personal training/group fitness, nutrition coaching and mindset counselling.

Using a strengths-based approach, recognizing that each individual has the power to change, a needs assessment is conducted, realistic and achievable goals are co-created, and a plan of action is developed.

Evidence-informed interventions in exercise, nutrition and mental health are implemented. Client feedback and specific outcome measures help to modify and tailor the program for the individual’s needs throughout their wellness journey.

The voice and choice of the individual are valued, and ongoing communication facilitates a healthy relationship between the individual and the wellness coach. Each individual is provided with education and a level of support of their choice, allowing them to control their own well-being.
