"Emerald square apartment s it’s 98 degrees in my house when it was winter I ask about my ac system Latisia told me it cold I don’t need one rn but I pay FULL rent it hot now they installed one tht doesn’t work at all it made it hotter I have two air conditioners tht dose absolutely nothing I have three bathrooms all the toilets do not work this house is falling apart everyday when I asked to be moved they said they where moving others in but how can u do tht when I’ve never even received my ac in 6 month ur moving more ppl in these unfinished apartments and making us pay 1300 a month with no ac and now no toilets there water coming from my walls under my toilet my house smells horrible I have a two year old and my 70 year old mom lives here she’s already had hep b b4 sincerely we have lived here this needs to be dealt with ASAP I also have mold hidden everywhere behind my dish washer under paint and the lady in the office basically bullies everyone who speaks up she got my car towed because I told her I was tired I want my stuff fixed TODAY next day I get a tow sticker how can u pay a tow man put can’t fix my stuff"
