  This is my second year using this software, and I'm a believer. It is user friendly, and the few times I have needed support, they were very responsive and resolved my issues quickly. The pricing is also fair and a great value.

  I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice since 2015 and each year it seems to get better and better. I use to use Pro Series to where the price always went up and up to where my prices was out of control and had to find another provider. I am glad I choose MyTaxPrepOffice.   Very easy to use software. The price is very reasonable compared to the others i have used. This software and the cost of the software works for any size business. I have a very small tax business so I cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for software.

  Llevo usando este software durante el tiempo que empezaron, pero lamentablemente tengo que cambiar ya que NO tienen palabra, me ofrecieron un lifetime price y llevan estos últimos años subiendo el precio, finalmente la pasada temporada pagué 100 dólares más y me bajaron a un plan inferior. Estos últimos años he tenido errores a causa de mal calculo del sistema y cuando escribía a support tardaban mucho o ni contestaban. Ni que hablar del customer service en español que ha bajado muchísimo de nivel. Decepcionada no, lo siguiente. No lo recomiendo actualmente y espero que todos los que he referido yo dejen de usarlo.

  I have been using this software for as long as they started, but unfortunately I have to change since they have NO say, they offered me a lifetime price and they have been raising the price in recent years, finally last season I paid 100 dollars more and they lowered me to a lower plan . In recent years I have had errors due to miscalculation of the system and when I wrote to support they took a long time or did not respond at all. Not to mention customer service in Spanish, which has dropped significantly in level. Now disappointed, the following.
