      The entire experience with them, from sales to install was courteous and professional. They called to ensure that things went well, and there was even a field manager that came by during the project to check and make sure we were happy with the work being done.

      Aaron& Kyanne did am awesome job installing my new windows thought they might have a problem installing in my 1974 mobile home, but they had NO PROBLEMS at all and did the 2-day job in 1 and everything looks grate, I can tell already my A/C is running less and I can't believe how much quieter it is in the home now. wish I would have done this years ago.

      I had countertops new kitchen sink and new faucet installed Thursday I'm very happy with everything they were very friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them

      Job number ******* Mad City Windows & Baths My children's bathroom shower was having issues balancing hot & cold water along with appropriate flow. I was going to replace the valve, etc. but ran into issues with it so I contacted Mad City. A person responded quickly and then came out to discuss the issue. He was very professional. The options presented were well done so we decided to renovate the whole shower. Everything was explained and another person came out within a few days to take measurements. This week (8-4-25) was the install date. Nick arrived right on time, was later joined by a plumber and a supervisor even stopped in a few hours later to see how everything was going. I was impressed throughout the whole install at how professional and polite each employee was. I was in the loop from start to finish. Everything turned out as advertised. My wife and I and children are very pleased with the final product.

      The installer, David *., was friendly, courteous, and respectful of property. He finished the job within his estimated window, and cleaned up afterwards. Top notch product and service!

      We had them come out for a quote, told them we needed to think about it because it was an excessive amount of money for the services provided. I wanted to speak with my spouse and also get a quote else where in addition. Immediately the sales *** started guiltily us into agreeing to the services on the spot. Now they call me multiple times a day and tell me each time that no one will contact us again. The sales person also told us they had the cheapest prices in the state for the service we looked into, that was a lie. Had 3 other quotes all less than a 3rd of what they quoted and from more well known companies. I do not recommend them to anyone, their customer service is awful and their prices are ridiculous!

      We contracted Mad City Windows and Bath to remove and install 12 windows and 4 outside entry doors. Our sales rep Zach was very thorough and and answered all of our questions before they were asked. The windows installed are beautiful and the triple pane construction didn't even get warm to the touch withe the high heat indexes. We we truly impressed with the quality. The doors are equally as beautiful and nothing seems to get through the seals and heat doesn't either. I really like triple point locks on the deadbolt lock. The doors open and shut easily, which the old ones didn't. The leadman, Les, really showed off his 21 years in construction experience, along with his coworker. The result was fewer cuts in strategic areas reduced the amount of excess debris and less noise during the project. Cleanup was immediately done and extremely thorough. Care was obviously taken to ensure proper insulation and caulking, even all the glass surfaces of the windows and doors were cleaned before the truck was loaded and my driveway thoroughly picked up as well. Thank you for a great experience!

      We absolutely love our shower. We did have to call and utilize the lifetime warranty already, but they promptly came right out and repaired the issues.
