      Good installation experience and window quality is a noticeable improvement. A room that used to boil in the sun is now cool in summer.

      Rep was wonderful, very upfront about everything, and very easy to work with. No high pressure sales at all, we had a walk in shower built in place of a tub shower, and the final product is awesome. This was to make the bath more accessible to me (BKE) with grab bars and a seat, and we are very happy with the product. Was all done in a day, and was done on schedule

      Very polite and informative. They arrived, introduced themselves, asked before, during and after the installation of the shower if we had any questions which were expertly answered. They also did a great job of cleaning up!!!

      We've done two unique services with Mad City. Kitchen cabinets were refaced and recently a patio door was replaced. All installers have been very professional and the left the house cleaner when they left! Yes, I would hire them again.  ***** ******

      Mad City replaced my shower and Im very satisfied with the result. The team was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home they kept the work area clean and explained the work as they went. Installation was done carefully, all fixtures work perfectly, and they followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. Clear pricing and great communication throughout. I highly recommend Mad City for bathroom/shower installs. ***** ********

      Everything went as planned. Such as negotiating the price, demolition, and installation. We're pretty happy with the results. I also had knee surgery shortly after installation. Having a walk-in shower is so convenient.* ********

      Exceptional service from start to finish. The introductory presentation was detailed and the installation was quick and professional. In addition the one time I had to deal with customer service they were quick to act and got my minor issue resolved in no time.
