      I used Mad City for a walk-in shower installation. The salesperson, Spencer, was excellent--knowledgeable, no hard sell. This is the guy you want to sell you a bathroom remodel! At first, it seemed very pricey, but there were a lot of discounts to take advantage of, which reduced the price by ~ $4-5K, and there is a lifetime warranty on the product and workmanship. So far, it seems well worth the price. The installers were polite, competent, and sufficiently communicative. They were very hard workers in difficult conditions (hot, humid, no air conditioning, no windows in the interior bathroom). They encountered a couple of glitches but handled them well. They cleaned up after the installation, which I greatly appreciate. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The shower is gorgeous. It looks exactly as I had hoped and expected it would look. All in all, Mad City delivered exactly what they promised they would deliver. I am very pleased. You can trust them. Lots of layers of quality control. Job#*******

      The guys from Mad City came in, got the job done and they cleaned up their area as well. They were punctual, polite and answered any and all of the questions that I had. The supervisor came on-site to observe and check in, and he was pretty nice as well and gave me additional information that I didn't know I needed. The outcome was wonderful, and I love my new bath tub and shower.

      I would recommend them to every one who needs windows. No Pressure. We only did 5 windows not 7 that could have been replaced but didn't want to.Worked with us when it came to price.

      Mad City Windows and Bath installed a new walk in shower for us. They removed the old tub, replaced the walls, installed new fixtures and fit it for our bathroom. This was done in only one day. Our installer Matt was very polite, personable and very efficient. We love our new shower. No more stepping over the tub sidewall! Happy in ************.

      I had an estimate for a new shower install in April 2024. The salesman said I had 3 days to make a decision and said the price would increase by about $1,000 by the end of the week and would nearly double if I waited 6 months. I begrudgingly agreed to get the lowest price and have not been satisfied with anything the company had done since. The installation took longer than they said and has not fixed the hot water pressure issue that made me inquire about a new shower in the first place (and the salesman guaranteed a new shower with new pipes would fix). They have come out 3 times within the year to address the issue and there have only been minor improvements, even after I had the entire plumbing updated in July 2024. I submitted another customer service request in July 2025 and have yet to receive a call back on scheduling another appointment to look at the issue. I am a single, female homeowner and feel like the company discredits my complaints because they don't think I know what I'm talking about. When workers have come out to look at the issue, they only check the cold water side and say the pressure is fine until the last time I went in and asked them to look at the hot water side, which they assured me was somewhat "normal" for a difference between hot and cold pressure. I have never been satisfied with this company or their business practices and I regret ever having the estimate in the first place.
