      Our installer was the best and nicest person we have every met. He was very professional. He cleaned up everything and made sure the windows were clean and no stickers left on.

      great job. our windows were 51 years old. new windows are triple pane and have a gas between each pane. also hollow parts in window manufacture are insulated. would recommend to anyone. trim in inside did not have to be removed

      THE BEST ?? I highly recommend this company. Their employees are outstanding. The service is phenomenal (Simon Jonathan and Montel) were the gentleman that put my gorgeous kitchen together and the product is outstanding.

      My kitchen was 28 years old and they came in with new cupboards, countertop, sink and faucet. I highly highly recommend this company. Every employee I dealt with is superb and the time they took to complete it was outstanding. Dont waste your time looking for anyone else, *********** is the best

      The Mad City experience was excellent from start to finish. From the sales rep to the closing manager contacting us the moment the job was completed. Our installer was excellent. He was clean, very nice and as quiet as he possibly could be. He laid down protective covers for walking on the carpet and floors and cleaned up every bit of mess. The job isn't exactly cheap to do, but then again it looks like it costs thousands more than we paid for it.

      Do not fall for this company's word. There work is unexceptable. They use non plumbers and trust me a 10 year old child can do better. There company will not be in business long enough to back up there warranty. Please trust my words. Over priced for every area they provide.We were bamboozled by a company that uses master plumbers with out a license and most importantly they don't pull permits. Ask for license and permits before signing away 30k.

      From start to finish the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Great communication. Very polite and friendly staff. The installation was completed in a day and beautifully and thoroughly done. There is a lifetime warranty and that is rare. I would use Mad City again without hesitation!

      Mad City replaced bathtub/shower insert in newly built condo with a walk-in shower. Fair pricing, good product & excellent one day installation.
