      Love my new walk-in shower. Exactly what I wanted and everyone involved was very professional and courteous and did exactly what they said they would!

      Mad city took out our old tub and put in a walk in shower. It turned out amazing, they even cleaned up the mess. Next we will be having them redo our kitchen.

      Mad City was professional and on time in every regard. First, their salesman was honest and efficient in showing us that we needed a new stand-alone shower to replace our old cast iron tub and shower. They kept us informed of when installation could possibly take place and even scheduled us in earlier than projected. The installer called us before the installation was to take place and showed up on time. He expertly removed our old bathtub, the old wall tiles, and began laying out the shower floor on the first day. The following day, he installed the shower walls, shower head, and stainless steel hardware. This was all done in less than two days. Everything was cleaned up before he left the job. We are totally satisfied with the efficiency of the job and are completely satisfied with our new shower. We would highly recommend Mad City for a job well done from start to finish.

      The guys that installed my windows were quick, quiet, and clean. I hardly noticed they were there. They were mindful of my cat when going in and out although I informed them she was fine in or out. (The dogs were shut away). They provided great demonstrations, explanations.

      I have had a window installed roughly 8 years ago. My window was replace just to update everything, I had no issue with leaking until they installed there window. They have been out over 10 times and all they do is patch the issue temporarily and then come back to do it again. They refuse to replace the window and window continues to leak. I would recommend using a different company. I gave up fighting with them and will hire someone to fix there issues. They refuse to fix there issue, they will blame other issues instead of admitting they screwed up the install. There in business for money and not maken the customer happy or doing quality work. I was asked to remove the complaint the last time they came out and I figured people need to know these issues before dealing with them

      Daniel and Wesley were on time. I stayed in the bathroom while they were working, I was interested in the process. Wesley & Daniel were very polite & answered all my questions. Enjoyable experience watching how the installation was carried out. Would recommend Mad City for your home improvements. Thanks  ******* *.

      Came to my mom’s house to try to promote. I was there at the time, answered the door & said my mom is not interested, however I own a home up the street at wanted a quote. I’m a single mom with a relatively large home on a big property, & was looking at replacing 12 windows on the first floor. I scheduled the estimate for 6pm on a Friday. Salesman shows up at 5:45pm, which was initially not an issue other than me just barely making it home from work at that time. I’ll start by saying this man did not leave my property until 9:30pm, even after telling him I needed to be able to put my toddler to bed & my dogs needed to be let out of the room they were locked in (for HIS safety). This part was around 8:30pm. At that point he asked if we could go outside to “finish the deal”, despite me saying 10+ times I am NOT signing anything today. He pushed and pushed and applied random discounts, including the “single mom” discount if I remember right. I wasn’t able to feed my kid this night because salesman wouldn’t take the memo and get out of my house, claiming “I don’t have my kids tonight so I can stay as late as needed”, well sir I DO have my children right here. I raise them everyday. Anyways, he told me at the end they are not allowed to disclose that they’ll be performing a 3+ HOUR presentation because “they know no one would agree” and you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. I did not know I was signing up to get pressured and pushed for a joke of a job. They quoted me $38,000 for 12 windows. Excuse me? I can’t imagine the pressure they put on the elderly, less financially able, or single parents out there. It was ungodly uncomfortable. And if anyone from Mad City reads this, no one in their right mind is paying you $37k for 12 windows, even if they are made from meteorites and diamonds. I just recommend not harassing people, only having “today only deals” that magically keep changing, cut that ridiculous 3 hour spiel. I will not use nor recommend to anyone. Bad business.

      Excellent customer service. Installation was a breeze. Best of all they didnt leave us a mess we had to clean up when they were finished
