      Very professional! Joe and Chris did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel. They explained the process every step of the way. Great job cleaning up after the job was done.

      We were lied to from the start about everything, he said it would be a 5 day install, we are at 5 weeks now, multiple items have been ordered and re-ordered and still are not right. Some doors are too large, some are too small, soft closure doesnt work properly, tracks installed uneven and some not secured to the surface. Very much so inferior quality, careless installation, Shoddy workmanship, this is a very unrespectable company. I wanted a kitchen I could be proud of but Im getting ****

      We had a great experience with Mad City. From the initial contact with the salesman to the person who came to take measurements, to the installation team, and then to customer service people, it was fantastic. As with most projects, there were hiccups along the way, but it concerns were always taken care of in a timely and satisfactory manner. From a problem with trim, to a screen coming apart and some metal window wrap coming loose, they always took care of the problem. After a month of living with the windows, even though we've not had weather that had allowed us to open the windows and enjoy the breeze through the windows, the installation and product quality met our expectations. I'm sure we could have paid less to have our windows replaced, but I feel that we would not have received the benefit we have from having Mad City do the replacement. I cannot give a higher recommendation to anyone who is considering window replacement.

      I am so happy with my windows from Mad City Windows. This company is very very good. The salesman that handled me Victor, was so knowledgable that I had very few questions to ask when he went thru his displays and demos of product. I had 8 windows put in one had a slider installed. The installers were very professional and I had no cleanup to do when they were done. They did it all inside and outside. The installation was done while I was recuperating from surgery and had no problems with the team working around me. ***** * ******* *** *******

      Love my new walk-in shower. Exactly what I wanted and everyone involved was very professional and courteous and did exactly what they said they would!
