      I would give zero stars if I could. We had a 5-window installation that ended up being a nightmare. What was supposed to be a simple job stretched over 2.5 days, including a 14-hour workday. The salesman assured us the company doesnt use subcontractorsbut a subcontractor showed up to do the job.When we raised concerns about his qualifications, we were told everything would be fine. Not only did he do poor-quality work, but he also brought a 14-year-old to help with the installation. Thats completely unacceptable.After the botched install, we had to take another day off work so a new crew could come fix everything. While the company did eventually correct the mistakes, the experience was anything but professional. We paid half up front with the promise of expert installation, but what we got was unlicensed, subpar work and ********* make matters worse, they never acknowledged the seriousness of the issue or made an effort to fix it quickly. From start to finish, this was a case of false advertising and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

      They showed up when they said. Their work was precise and fast. It seem like they did it in no time at all. They kept it clean as they worked. And a good cleaning when they were finished. Everything looks great! Inside and out. We are very happy with the work and windows.

      I had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Took 1 day, They were professional, punctual , great work ethic. We love the shower. Great to work with.

      Octavio was our installer, He did fabulous work, I am in love with our new bathtub/shower! Octavio was fast, and efficient, he was there to ask questions about how we wanted the shelving and the grab bar, so he was able to fit it to me perfectly the 1st time around. Absolutely love MAD CITY and would go through them again for future projects!

      Working with Mad City was wonderful. That sales person was thorough, friendly, and made it easy to make the decision to go with this company. The people that came to my house to make the difference, were awesome. I love the new shower stall and everything went very well. They left leaving me with a great new bathroom, clean and beautiful.

      Had an awesome experience with mad city. They had a wonderful associate walk us through and explain the difference of thier windows. Install went very well. Got 3 windows done. Will go back to get the remaining windows and sliding glass door in the future.
