Assurance wireless representative for Lifeline cellular service. Worst customer service EVER. Rude & nothing more than liars full of double talkers. Not at all concerned with fixing problems.

******** has some very dishonest employees, at least the last three I talked to. I wanted to add a third line to our existing account. I was informed by two of their employees on the phone the third sim card would cost $20 extra per month. I was told that I had to pick up the *** card in person at a local office. So I called the local office to confirm that it would cost $11 for the *** card and $20 per month for the unlimited services for the extra line added. So I got it done and the next day, I received an online bill off the T-Mobile app for an extra $60 dollars for the first month pro rated I suppose. This raised our monthly bill from $130 to $190 dollars. The rest is irrelevant to me, because I don't deal with or support liars. I'm a honest Christian man and I am good to my word. So if I am lied to them any contract or understanding has been breached. Credit is something I can rebuild and honesty is a given to any honest person. Credit or Money is not longer an issue I'm concerned about.

They only care about getting the most money out of you.i joined 3 months ago. On a month to month basis. I went on a guise for 5 days, the phone was not working so were those of my friends . It was completely off: than the last day of the cruise, I received several calls from my family, which I didnt answer, not feeling well, even though it was my birthday, thus, the calls.i try to call everyone back today, and was told that I owed them 197$ because they were international calls.although they were made from the us using US phones and were not answered. . Apparently T-Mobile rules : all calls made while on a cruise are international. Facts that I learned of today. No script or email or verbal information when I joined.they also suspended the service. After talking for hours with the company, stating no reason for interruption, since the bill was not due . Only then did they resumed the service.Dont I have the right to know bout any rules before they were put in effect?

I try my best not to write these, but I switched my plan and had an issue with the transition. Mostly on the other services part (so I thought). when I switched T-mobile charged me a full month EVEN though I cancelled my service. It should have been prorated, but since they haven't received a payment with the service provider that I transitioned to they couldn't refund me the money they took for my bills. Moving forward I finally got through to the person who would help me handle the bill that was left for the phones I traded in, T-mobile keeps refusing to give me the Itemized billing statement to pay for the balance. They moved my account to collections making it seem like I don't want to pay for my bill, when I have been trying for a month to get the billing statement to pay! No one seems to have access to my account, and they can't help me get access to pay them? But collections now think it's my fault because "I haven't paid them"

I had a business group phone service from Sprint back on 2017. And when I moved to ********, the phone was not worked well because the city at ******** was a small city. So, I switched phone company from Sprint to ******* around September, 2017. Since then, I am still using ******* as a phone service company. When I changed phone company, I called Sprint to cancel and move all numbers under my business name to ********I believed it well done. However, I got new bills from September, 2017 till end of 2017 every month. In the beginning, I thought it was a final bill for the service. But it was a monthly bill for the service. So, I called Sprint and asked the reason why they sent a bill every month. The Sprint said I missed a phone line to move and had to pay it because I didn't moved one of phone ******** was a confusion. I thought either ******* or Sprint should transfer all phone lines at one ******* was around Dec. 2017 or January, 2018.I paid the missed phone line bill to Sprint and asked them to disconnect the service and no more bill. It was around January 2018.However, the Sprint sent another bill for next 2-3 months even after I paid final bill and asked to cancel the missed a phone line. I called, explained, and asked what was happened at that time and correction, around March 2018. The Sprint agent told me it will corrected. I assumed it was corrected finally. However, I got a phone call from ***************** collection agent to pay this old balance from Sprint.I am really sick and tire to answer it over years.I asked the contact phone number, email, or physical address of Sprint to collection agent. She said she didn't have any.I really surprised and shocked *****, I am writing this incident to the BBB to let other people should knows it.I just realized Sprint combined to T-Mobile today.I called T-Mobile and they doesn't have any information for the Sprint as far as T-Mobile agent said. What a brand name of Sprint!WoW.

I have requested to change my number due to the number constantly being spammed. Spammed to the point where its none stopped. I was advised that i could not change my number because i have a financed device. I was advise i needed to open a second line in order to avoid them canceling my service and billing me the full amount for the phone. Nowhere does it say in my contract that i was unable to change the phone number to my account. Besides. I am financing the phone with my credit not via phone number. So i was forced to open a 2nd line. Now im paying for a line i dont use. I will be taking this to court. This is a form of extortion

I recently inquired about adding a line to my service and when I discovered the phone was not working I contacted boost through their chat to inform them that I did not want to activate the line I got the bill for this month with full charges for the line as if I never spoke with them to cancel and the supervisor told me that it was never reported and I am responsible for the line payment. I clearly cancelled the line and they dont care I will be held responsible for something they didnt correct as requiested I am so disgusted I want to cancel my entire plan with them

We have had issues with our business wifi for almost a month, only having the service maybe 2-3 days out of that month. No one in the store, or in the call center are able to figure out how to turn fix the problem. The call center says to contact the store and the store says to contact the call center. Both have admitted that they can not fix the problem, nor can we just start a new account. We even have a credit of $25 dollars, that I'm sure they will not be able to figure out how to refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
