      Assurance wireless is a scam company to when it comes to people on the government plan. They are taken advantage of me. I payed for a phone and got sent a different one and was told I never paid then had unlimited data plan took from me

      I am super annoyed that ******** is now saying it's been to long for them to pay off my phone from ******* im over ******** and ready to speak to a lawyer if needed because i was not told to fill out any form for you guys to pay off ******* i was lied to and told it was taken care of and here we are one year later and i'm getting calls from a debt collector very unhappy with ******** and the phone service is TERRIBLE

      Been with Sprint since ****. My daughters phone stopped working. I pay for the insurance, when I called them I kept getting the runaround between sprint, ********* and Assurance. Was on the phone being transferred to different departments for Four hours. The kept trying to get a new plan, which cost more. Why should I upgrade. Why should I pay for something, when they dont honor their claims. Time to switch to a new phone provider.

      ************** HAS CONTINUED TO SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR MY ******* GALAXY S21. FIVE (5) TIMES, YES 5 AND THE 6TH ONE IS ON THE WAY. I MAKE CALLS AND NO ONE CAN HEAR ME THE MAJORITY OF THE ***** I ASKED TO BE RELEASED FROM THIS LEASE AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY OVER $400.00 FOR A PHONE THAT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. THAT IS MY GIVEN OPTION. I'M A FEMALE MILITARY VETERAN WITH A TBI, PTSD, MST. I JUST HAD A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY DUE TO BREAST CANCER I WORRY THAT IF I CALL 911 OR 988 NO ONE WILL HEAR ME!!! WOW THANKS FOR THE TRIGGERS
