      The store we had problems with was in *********, *********, not this store. I cannot warn people away from ******** strongly enough. We lasted barely three months with them. We had two Internet towers that both had a URL from ********, so we immediately lost all local TV channels, and only got ****** advertisements. They did not take the tower back at the store because we "did not have the box." We were not told to save the box. Eventually, we got a replacement tower, which was also based in ********. Their customer service by phone is awful. Plan to spend one or two hours on the phone, most of it on hold. We finally switched providers to get our local channels back. Their phones have very little reception, my husband had no phone service inside his job, which is less than two miles from our house. ******** tried to charge us for the return of our second Internet tower by saying we did not return it. Once I gave them the tracking number and proof of receipt, they changed thier story and said we returned an empty box. The very next day, we switched providers and immediately received a text saying they received our Internet tower. They were very seriously going to charge us $390.00 for this tower that we returned. This place is a huge scam, will rob you blind, will not offer customer service by phone or text, will repeatedly say they will call you back, including scheduling phone calls, and never call you back. They will lie to get hundreds of dollars from you. We were lucky and could afford to switch all of our services to other providers, other people will be scammed out of hundreds of dollars and have no recourse. Please stay away from all ********!

      Sprint is unethical. I've been a customer for 20+ years. I spent 4.5 hours trying to port a number from **** and could not get a single competent associate. They charged me nearly $700 because they said that's the only way to do it. I was promised that it would be resolved and it was not. My guy decided to stay with **** because of the experience. They had the issues resolved within 5 minutes. I'll be making the change next weekend.

      I have had to talk to 5 reps *** over a month just to add 2 lines and change our plan. Every person I talk to has told me different amounts and agree to what we wanted done then the bill just flat didn't reflect what was said we ended up being charged $136 over what was agreed on my last call when I spoke to a manager. I have had reps just flat hang up on me and blatantly lie

      shortly after putting up this review a phone rep started to process a refund for the overcharge. I was informed today that the refund request was rejected and I just had a rep tell me there is nothing they can do and that we should just accept that we were charged over that amount that was promised. I find this to be very alarming business practices

      Assurance Wireless (through ********* blows. They have the worst customer service. I have a free phone through them, through lifeline. Well my phone won't take a charge without a fight. So I called to report that the phone is not charging/having a hard time charging. They told me it was out of warranty and it would cost me ***** for a replacement (for a free phone with free service). I asked to speak with a supervisor and he proceeds to tell me that the phone originally costs ***** and I was getting a discount. The phone is as old as dirt. It's a Unimax phone. I should not have to pay for a replacement phone, period. So, I got nowhere. Worst customer service ever.

      I ordered a free government phone via the website and was approved by the national verifier on 6/16/22. The phone was never sent. I called back nine times after that in the months of July, August and September and each time was told something different ( I had to wait on hold for over thirty minutes each time before someone picked up). Some advised that the application had been approved and the phone would be sent in **** business days and some advised that I had not been approved by the national verifier and needed to contact them directly to resolve. I provided proof of approval and they again said that the phone would be received in **** days but it never was. After over three months trying to have the phone sent to me, I finally gave up and went with ******** instead. Their phone was received within two weeks as promised. It would help if the customer service reps spoke good english but they seem to be based out of ***** and I had trouble understanding them while they had trouble understanding me. Assurance Wireless seems to be a scam so beware!

      I switched to tmobile about 6 months ago. As part of a promotion we bought one phone with the other phone discounted.Since the time off setback began I've visited the tmobile store here 3 times. After they did diagnostics it was suggested that the problems I was having with function and reliability stemmed from my new phone itself. Consequently I am on my 3rd phone now. I continue to not have 5 G access and have been able to make calls out from my home and other places. I have found my self lost on the road and unable to access gps to get directions. This is unsafe for me and I've lost trust in being able to use my phone in emergency situations. I've been told by tmobile phone representatives that there is not n adequate tower source., though I was assured that they tower strength was adequate when I purchased. I've been assured that they will fix my problems bot have not received back-up on promises. Tmobile will cancel my contract but that would leave me an enormous bill for the 2 phones. I've asked that we be able to turn in our phones for our original phones or facsimiles but they have not responded even after telephone reps promised they would get back to us in a couple of days.

      My family have been customers for over 15 years paid off my phone a month early and had issues with it not connecting to the network and was told since it's not under contract even though it was paid off a month early it no longer can be serviced or repaired. after dealing with them to try and have it repaired for months....

      This store seems running scam system. They lured me into switching from ATNT to ******** just to get some commission on selling service to new customers. I was promised to receive in-store 20% friend and family discount on my monthly bill for 4 lines. I was told that my bill wouldnt be more than $137.50 including any device fee and all taxes. I was also told that I will receive credit for two lines under keep and switch program. I never got any confirmation from ********* I called multiple times and even took half day off from work and went to store to talk to manager to sort these issues. They just promised to fix it but did nothing. Never got any confirmation from ******** that they are working on it to fix it. I finally called ******** customer service and was able to file keep and switch form to receive credit myself, but never was able to receive 20% in-sider discount on the bill I was promised on multiple occasions. My first bill was for $251.**, including $170 advance for next month bill. I will most likely end up paying more than $170 a month which is way more than I was originally promised to lured into this untruthful deal. Very disappointed how they handled new customer transaction and been dishonest about their services. Please be aware of getting into these sweet talks from in store representatives who just merely for their commission will put you in this mess
