I lost my job and we were calling to set up payment arrangements and everytime we called they charged us a fee which spiked our bill. I called to get help with it and they told me they couldnt help not to mention the amount they charge is not worth the service you receive!

Terrible customer service, long wait times and my bill is always way more expensive then it should be. I spoke to one representative and they told me one thing, spoke to another and they told me something completely different. The worst!!

My husband changed our service to ********* We couldn't get any service on our way to work.We had dead spots at home. I went back the next day to cancel the service and return the four phones that I had paid deposits for and they wouldn't accept the phones back. They still charged me for the service and phones. They sent the account to collections stating that we owed $1463. My husband has a bad collection on his credit report. We don't owe them anything. We never used the service. They have the worst customer service. I have tried to talk to managers and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I want this removed from my husband's credit report.

Do not upgrade - what a scam! I was told I could upgrade my phone to an iPhone 13 pro for no additional costs and no changes to my plan! I did this back in June for a family of 5 and am still being charged for the upgraded phones and still not receiving the correct bill. I have spent hours on the phone to fix and am told it is and to wait for the next bill. One month later, and still now fixed. This has now been going on for several months. DO NOT UPGRADE and DO NOT TRUST these salespeople. I am still owed around $230 and counting. It is a scam and they will just take your money.

This is a review of the singular tall young male Hispanic representative at the **************************************************************************** ******** location. After waiting more than 40 mins with a 10 month child in tote for what should have been a ************************************************ If I could give zero stars to him I would. This representative falsely charged me a extra $35 for a phone so he could make commission. I asked if buying the phone in store would have a upcharge if he assisted me and he blatantly lied and said no. I asked him several times for clarification insisting I could head home if it was cheaper to do it online. He assured me it would be the same price. When he rung up the phone and it more than expected I again asked if there was service surcharge and he lied saying no to my face. He said sometimes the phones are more than advertised on T Mobile.com due to taxes. He said the extra $35 was for taxes. I needed a new affordable phone asap in case of emergency and took funds from my rent to make the purchase since this was an emergency. I think it is very unfair for this jerk to make commission for dishonesty. I asked him to be truthful and he blatantly lied. He needs to be fired. Whilst he was suppose to focusing on me he was fully distracted just shooting the breeze, gave zero eye contact, negative customer service and seemed completely disinterested since I knew what I wanted and would not talked into buying to some ridiculous upgrade. Affordable phone coverage is the backbone this company was built on and those who are not interested in the new shiny iPhone still deserve respect. We are paying customers and deserve to be treated with dignity especially if we are doing business. I hope he is reprimanded or at least that commission is ripped from him. He does not deserve it.

Sprint/T-Mobile is just a really bad service provider. It took a week to get me cell phone activated from being on Military suspension. I added a new line for my mother and while waiting for the phone in the mail, the service and customer service was just terrible. I could not get coverage in the ** area I was staying, after being told by Sprint customer service that I would have full coverage. I decided to change providers and tried to cancel and return the new line. I was told that I could not cancel my line until they receive the phone. During that time I was being charged the full plan and phone payment. They received the phone the day my bill was due which I had on auto pay, they said they would cancel my service and that I would receive a full refund. Well two months later, I received a gift card for $23.77, the bill was $88.74. They say that they cannot refund me the full amount because the line was still active from the order date until the cancellation, I never activated the line or even took the phone from the box, and I couldnt cancel the line until they received the phone. So can I ask, why should I pay for a line that I never activated, never open the box, and was not in my possession the majority of the time ?while in transit. Oh let me not forget, could not cancel until they warehouse received the phone! I was a loyal military customer for four for six years. I am very unhappy with the service I received for Sprint/T-Mobile. I highly recommend ?not getting Sprint/T-Mobile as your mobile carrier service provider.--***********************

On November 11, 2021, I upgraded to an Apple iPhone 13 on the phone with sales rep. I traded in my Apple IPhone XR which was supposed to be used as a trade in. Everything was going fine until feb 2022 when the discount stopped being applied. I immediately called -and they were unable to find the device. An escalation ticket was placed and they told me they would call me in 2 weeks. 2 weeks come by and no one called. Spent another 2 hours telling the 2nd rep my situation. She said the issue has been escalated and that a rep will call back in 2 weeks. Again, no call from rep. I called after another hour and they stated the phone had water damage. I told them I had proof phone was in perfect condition before it left my hands. I also stated why did it take so long for this issue to be found. At this point I just want the iPhone XR and I continue to pay the bill as normal. The rep said that is not an option and here we are. Basically Im stuck bc tmobile wants to keep my phone without giving me any type of credits toward the acct.

Since Sprint and ******** merged, I have had nothing but trouble with my phone service. I have dropped calls daily, some of my family and friends try to call me at times, and they can't reach me. They say, my phone is not taking calls. I pay for my service each month and am never late. I was a Sprint customer for 10 years before ******** took over and I loved them. They had the best service, the best reps, and the best deals. ******** has the most insensitive, nonlistening, inconsiderate reps ever. Since ******** took over, my service has sucked out loud. I even asked for a credit for 1 year of service, because I had bad service during that time and was denied. I still have the same issues with my phone service, to no avail. They keep telling me, "Technicians are working to upgrade the towers in your area" It takes a year to do that. With my having experienced such bad service for the last year or so, I should be credited a nice amount, due to my not getting what I have been paying for, all this time, and I plan to switch carriers. I can't keep doing this and risk losing important calls from family, businesses, school, and friends.Please...don't go to Sprint, powered by ********...run for the hills.I would never recommend ******** to anyone. I had ******** in the late 90s and it was just as horrible then. One would think they would have improved their service since then, but they keep offering such poor service and even worse, customer service.I could go on, but, I am sure you get the picture. I seek a resolution against these "pirates" who are blatantly stealing from customers by providing this terrible service. I would probably have service just as good as ********, by going to the free government phones. At least, they don't promise to have the best coverage and the fastest 5G network, unlike ********.

We paid the balances and purchased our phones from Sprint on September 16. 2023. Sprint locked my husband's phone for 3 weeks which they no longer owned and prevented him to be able to use the chip for our new carrier. He did not have a phone for work, family emergencies or if he had an emergency and needed to call 911 because he works from home. He could only chat since he had no phone until I got how work so he could call. This went on for 3 weeks. Then they said they had no way to compensate us because our account was closed but we had to make our last payment that was billed in October. They could take a payment but not credit us or send a check or do anything.
