      Since the Merge of Sprint and ********* the service in our area has suffered. First it was shutting down our sprint towers and making everyone jump through hoops to get update sim cards...they shipped them out but neglected to tell customers that there was an expiration date. so if they were not switched ASAP, the sim cards expired (resulting in confusion and headache as to why the updated Sim cards didn't work). After ordering several **** cards on several occasions, I had to go into the store and have the ******** reps switch them out. (which is a pain trying to get all 5 phones together at one time because the ******** reps would NOT swap out the cards unless I was there, even if all passwords were provided---2 trips had to be made, which cost me fuel money.) that has slightly improved service, but that doesn't fix the tower issue. I live 2 miles from a tower and I cannot use my phone or any other of my 5 total lines without being connected up to WIFI. We are paying $400 a month for glorified tablets that we can carry in our pockets. I have called ******** several times and cannot get an answer as to when the towers in this area will be fixed. Our community is in limbo and at the mercy of this company. We have businesses that depend on cellular service. We have young children that are trying to ****** independence and cannot because our cell phones don't work. We have new young drivers that have no cellular service available in the event of of accident. The state of economy doesn't allow the luxury of paying for services that we do not have access to.

      My daughter order a Apple 14 phone and it wasn't working properly so she request a return kit to return the phone, and got no return kit, on Oct 11 , 12, and 14 I called about this phone, even canceled the service on the 11th of October. Called on the 12th to confirm cancelation and representative tell me phone was still active so I canceled service a second time. On 14th, called and ask about return policy and refund for that phone. I was within my return policy due date and was told that $179. would refunded to my daughter card. I purposely believe they have not send a return kit to voild the return policy. Thank God I kept my phone records for these calls to them. On the call today the 28th of Oct they tell me I have a 24oth contract with them, but I tell representative about my calls on the above dates we already have an agreement to return the phone and my daughter money to be refunded. Now he ask me for an address to mail out return kit which tell me you never sent out return kit.

      Unbelievable customer service, promises not kept, will not let you speak to a manager. Continually transfer you with nothing fixed... Claims problem is fixed only to have gotten worse, and notes NOT kept in records, so each conversation starts from the beginning...I will be contacting a Attorney, can not allow a *** like this to continue..

      I been with Sprint since **** and the merge with ******** I been called a liar and my service has been disconnected without any notification! My bill was is outstanding and extra charges for things that doesnt apply to my service! I told them I was in the hospital due to Covid and the suspend my service know that was the only contact I had with my family! I paid them $300 and told them I can pay them the following week in with one ***** and when he was putting my service back on my call was drop and he tried to call back! I then called back and spoke to another agent that later told me that wasnt true and they cant so nothing for me until I pay the full amount and no agent said that to me knowing my situation! When I had a payment agreement the would always text me the day before to remind me of payment and they didnt just disconnect my services

      I have ******** internet none of the towers work and they throw towers at you. Then they keep suspending my internet and wont take the towers back!! So now I have no internet again. And they want more money hahahhahaha no! You give me what I paid for and signed up for! I actually want every dime I have them back for terrible service and their response was for me to cancel with them instead of giving me any kind of resolution. Just wow!! *** suit yes filing a complaint yes.

      Ok Im going to rant to I made a claim on line to get my sons iPhone 11 screen fix which I pay for the insurance every month. I paid off all the phones also but now they are telling me that they have no one in the ****** area to replace a screen for ***** The only option I have is to pay ***** to send me another iPhone 11. This is a scam because they just want me to upgrade so I owe more money.. Dont bother with there insurance the p360 that is go with apple care if you are an iPhone person..

      TMOIBLE IS A JOKE its been terrible since they bought sprint ,customer service unprofessionally. I HAD broken screen last year went into the store in ****** they guybwas so rude & very unprofessional. FOR starters i get into the store not greated & wited to be assited after waiting a good 5 maybe 10 minutes, I let him know when im finally assited ****** trys off bat to upgrade my phone i siad no i dont want an upgrade i just to pay the ***** fee to get my screen replaced he then proceeds to tell me that my phone wont work as of January due to some changes and sim cards wont fix the issues yall were getting ride of these phones. Long story short he tells me i cant get my phone screen fied due to the tech wasnt in he was un awear of the parts cauae they stop making this phone cauae it was old , i said well mines going to work i like this phone i have no issues he then tells me i should really **** upgrade the phone At that point im getting frustrated and then some guy walks in & he ask as he walks to the back room to A door if faceing front it would be on my right he says oh no i dont have that part i said cant it be requested to be oreded and he was like NO i said well customer service told me the part could be ordered hebwas like no they not letting us order parts i said what im not upgrading the guy says well youll have to pay 100 to get the phone replaced by this time ive spent almost 30 to ************************************************************************* anyway i over drafted my ACCOUNT then i called cust service and exaplained te situation she was like yeah it should have been ***** plus tax and she was like we cAn credit that back to your account because we cant credit it to your card cauae the charge was to the insurance company. OK COOL TIME came and went bo credit . Today our cell phones was cut off due to the phone wasn't returned the store never told me i had to return the phone ,now they telling us our lines cant be cancelled due to we owe .

      I have paid over $4000 to Sprint/******** for not even one year of service, for 2 lines. No hot spot. No streaming services added. Never under ******. Also, my phone broke, the store manager said he could fix it and I could return the phone that the insurance covered, but he quit shortly thereafter and took my phone with. I was responsible for almost an $800 bill because of the STORE MANAGER took my phone when he quit. I had to pay the almost $800 bill on my Discover card, but my bill has been no less than $250, since. They just keep upping the bill for absolutely no reason. I have already called and emailed ******** to let them know they are RIPPING me off, but no luck thus far. I will be going to the local ******** store, next.

      I'm very upset with Tmobile, they are i.cvs.com/wy7b1OlN, they promise a buy one get one iPhone free since last year. And now they are saying after all this time I'm not eligible for it now, and I've had numerous chat with different agents, all I want them is to pull all the calls and give me what then we're supposed to do a log time ago. It's not my fault that they waited so long.

      Horrible customer service from a call center apparently based outside of the states. I started a refund 9/30 its now 10/25 still no refund. Every call last no less than 50 minutes. My call gets hung up on several times within the call. Refund gets dragged on first I was told within **** business days nothing happened after the 10 days. I kept calling back and they keep adding days to the refund. Then I was told 3 days. Then I was offered bill credit. NO I want my money back.
