Would give zero stars if that were possible. My account was hacked in early July 2022 (it is not early Nov 2022). I have spent nearly every day on the phone with them for 4-6+ hours a day trying to find a resolution. This hacker illegally purchased 4 IPhones which I am still being billed for. They will not issue a new account number to stop the issue going forward, they NEVER call me back, they continue to "review" my account and push it out two more weeks. I am constantly hung up on, always transferred to another representative, and i get the same scripted responses with EVERY phone call. I feel I am being reasonable and as of 2 hours ago they advised me that someone has changed my email address in my "frozen" account. To make things even better they continue to turn off my service from a problem that initiated with them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NON COMPLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

No one should ever switch to ********* first off, they lost over 1/2 of my contacts during the switch. Then, an associate dropped my phone I was to use and broke it. She said she was selling me a new phone at a discount of roughly $50. Then I kept receiving mass texts that I never asked to be a part of and when I replied STOP, they said I cannot stop these texts. These mass texts went on relentlessly, to the point where I had no choice but to go back to cricket for better customer service... When I switched, I was billed for over $140 for the phone which apparently I was paying on a plan. Yet the woman who broke my phone said she was giving me this new phone at a discounted price BECAUSE SHE BROKE MY PHONE. They are not a business you should EVER become involved with, as u may regret it, as I have. They will steal and s**** up your info as they did with me. You have been warned

After 2 months of calling ******** Home Internet Technical support as to my not having access to both the My ********.com mobile online app and traditional website. I get error messages after entering my registered user identification and password stating:"Service unavailable. F451 : It looks like our wires are crossed. Try again later." AND "Service unavailable. F451 : It looks like our cables crossed us. Try again later."One ******** representative had said to me that as I no longer have a voice plan with ******** and e-mail was 'canceled' as I was told. In reality, this is why I have no access I changed my voice plan service on 5/31/2022 to another telecommunications provider company and this is why one ******** representative said that I do not have mobile online app and website access. Contrastly, I spoke with one other Tmobile representative on 11/2/2022 who stated that all Tmobile customers even if they do not have a ******** voice plan account has access to the online mobile app and website to manage their account. I am not happy with the prolonged phone calls to the ******** help desk, who although they provide good navigational support to get access, state to me that they do not have access to web design tools to assist me in getting restored access to the app. At this point. they state that it will be transferred to the engineering department. It has been rather prolonged to get mere basic online access restored. I attempted to speak with a manager, as to this issue and of the fact thst the representatives ask me what time and state times of a call back to fix the issue, though they do not follow-through to call me back to resolve this issue. They do not seem to want the issue resolved and that is poor customer service. Very disruptive to continuity of business. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help with this issue.

Horrible customer service. I just switched from ******* and am thinking of switching back. I was told I could upgrade four phones to iPhone 14s with $1,000 credit per phone. After upgrading two Phones I was told I needed to make a down payment of $800 because ******** artificially set my credit limit at $3,500 and would not upgrade it (I have excellent credit). The *** at corporate strung me along for over an hour before she admitted that she couldn't help me. Bait and switch, pure and simple. Don't do business with this company!

Sprint deceived, lied and misled us. Mamba was the sales man. He promised low prices, no leases and cheaper than our current cell company. Within the first month there were issues after issues, charges after charges, and lies after lies. We are not trying to transfer to TMobile and Sprint is now saying they want to charge us to leave or we have to return our phones. They also informed us we are on a forever lease that they have the right to continue to charge us even though we have paid thousands of dollars for phones that were paid off in the first year, We have fought this for three years in the hope that with Tmobile things would get better. We continue to get the run around to date on the phone when we call the company to try and get this matter settled. Sprint is one of the worst company's that we have ever dealt with in our lives. Poor customer service and non trust worthy.

Since Oct. 21st. I have been having problems with my internet connection on my iphone 11. I have paid off the phone and I am not under contract. I have called every single day to try to get my phone fixed. All I get we are so sorry for the inconvenience let me try to help you. Thats a laugh.Nothing is being done about this. They keep trying to get me to upgrade my phone to a 14/5G, sure I will upgrade at the cost of TMobile. They should pay the taxes and activation fee out of their pocket not mine. I had alot better service and performance on my phone with it was Sprint, but when Sprint and ******** merged that is when things became lousy. I asked for them to unlock my phone, they refuse. All they did is send me a replacement phone, which still doest not work properly. There were 2 Reps. that which my phone from a 4G tower to a 5G tower in my location, they should know that was not going to work and it didnt, because I lost all use of my phone that day. I had to use a friends phone to call Tech Support. I have been with this company for 9 years when it was Sprint. ******** does not know what they are doing. Somebody needs to do something. I feel for anyone else that is going through the same thing.I will be cancelling my service with ******** because I have wasted 12 days to get proper internet connection on my phone, NO MORE .I will go with a different company, where there is better service. ********** IS ABSOLUTELY A JOKE AND THEY LIKE TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY FOR NO SERVICE RENDERED TO US.

As of today 12/24/2022. Still have not heard anything from ******** regarding my internet connection on my cell phone. Was told if I upgraded my phone to IPhone 13 or 14 I would have better service. That was a lie, I upgraded to a iPhone 13 and its worse. Also I keep getting told they have not completed switching the towers to 5G, also was told that I live to far from the closest tower, thats another lie, because I was living at the same address that is on my account when it was Sprint. When ******** took over there has been nothing but problems. Somebody needs to get this resolved.

After the many years with ******** in ***. I've run into a very serious problem with them since moving to ******* and ******** merging with Sprint. ******** is sticking us with a ****** dollar cancelation charge for the phones that we were going to receive with no contract, when we were canceling our services with them. They agreed to reduce our charges to ***** per month for 10 months. Then I get hit with the the bad news, that I singed a 24 month contract with them. First... We did not knowingly sign for a 24 month contract, nor did the agent at the ******** Headquarters Store at *******, ***** Mall, tell us that fact nor were we told that we were required to sign a 24 month contract to obtain the Pro13 iPhones, which I or many others never do with all the no contracts services being offered nowadays. Secondly, we were not shown the contract, but only to sign with my signature on a pad on the counter, the contract was not visible. This is how I believe they stick us with a 24 month contract, so be careful. When I call ******** to cancel our services with them, the first agent said that we had to pay only for the contract on our daughter's free ******* at *****, as you can see it was not free at all as your obligated to pay for the phone each month as per their contract that was not disclosed to us. What really is making write and post this review, is that, only when I asked to speak to a supervisor, did the 24 month contract was included for the cancelation for our iPhones Pro13. Go with a company that is transparent, and not pull the wool over your eyes just to make a buck.

I was advised of making a payment to keep my service - I spoke to several different agents and I was told by all (5) that I needed to make ****** payment in order to have my service restored. And another payment arrangement was set till the 16th - The next day not only my line but all of my lines have been suspended after I was promised that I will not experience any service interruptions. Then they tell me something about a Super Suspension (What IS THAT?!!) never heard of it and it requires another payment of ****** on the account - If I had it when I made the ****** payment I would have pay it as well - Then I still can't get my service and there is no other way for me to have my service restored - Okay I paid the ****** and was told my service will be restored immediately - that was another lie on top of another one after that - Than I spoke to a supervisor who says they have no control over when the service will be restored. BUT YOU ARE QUIT TO TURN IT OFF BUT TAKE YOUR SWEET TIME IN RESTORE SOMEONE SERVICES. I'VE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE 2009 AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH MISCOMMUNITCATION - I was on the phone from 7am till almost 1pm to get my service restored and they still haven't restored - they got my money. And when you ask to speak with someone over them there is no one so in today's world there is no one I can speak to above the supervisor. REALLY - I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SPIRINT NOW PART OF TMOBILE - IS A JOKE!!!

On Oct. 17th, I received my bill and noticed it was $36 higher than the previous month. Upon checking the account, I saw that ********** Protection 360 plan had been added to my new iPhone 14. The charge was to be $18 a month for as long as I had the ***************** I had neither asked for nor given permission for this to be added to my phone. I knew nothing of it until I saw the latest bill. I had merely taken my new phone (that I purchased from Apple, not Sprint-********) to a ******** store to have the phone activated. On Oct. 17th, I called and had the protection plan removed from the phone. On Oct. 19th, I called again to have the charge removed from my bill. However, although they removed their protection plan from my phone, for some reason, they have left the AppleCare protection that they put on my phone intact. I have requested multiple times that they remove their AppleCare so I might buy the extended AppleCare warranty as I usually do for my devices. Numerous phone calls to Sprint-******** (one that was over two hours long) have yielded no results. I am prevented from buying the protection for my phone the way I choose to because Sprint-******** is blocking it by not removing the AppleCare they placed on my phone without my permission or knowledge. They tell me that their AppleCare will fall off my account at the end of THEIR billing cycle on Nov. 11th, which happens to be one day after I lose the ability to purchase my AppleCare on Nov. 10th because there is only a 60-day window in which to buy AppleCare protection.Again, I did not buy my phone from Sprint-********. I purchased it directly from Apple, so I fail to see how or why Sprint-******** has any business interfering with how I choose to protect my phone. Im sure I am not the only person who has had this happen with this company.
