      I been with sprint more than two years by switching from **** to sprint taking new iPhone 11 through trade in agreement for ************************************************************************************************************ i have to return my phone or pay it in full even i made trade gave them iPhone 7 plus plus 280$ they made big mistake and cover them selves after they charged me 285 $ to unlock my phone i requested to cancel the service by they didnt and sent my bill and sent it to credit collection

      The customer service over the phone is just as bad in store the individuals don't provide the customer with enough knowledge to make educated decisions when purchasing products they are just looking to tie you into a contract I was forced to upgrade and be a part of tmobile because I was a loyal sprint customer I did not have any issues with my service except once I paid in store and my auto draft came out the immediately they fixed it with no issues every since day one as a tmobile customer nothing on my account has been right every month I'm calling still being charged for a free phone the rules and what they say after hours of being on the phone changes and gets nowhere in which you get transferred to another person who will poise as a supervisor but then hang up as an excuse because you are already upset when first speaking with them I have been patient month after month with the same issues I've asked for escalation on request to file formal complaints I regret continuing my services and wish I would've switched companies myself and family has been lied to mislead cheated and taken advantage of

      ******** customer service has gone down tremendously. Huge disconnect between the stores and corporate. Store employees do not know how to fully do their jobs, Im constantly being told different things when I go into the store and call customer care. I was a loyal customer for 6+ years and am leaving after being frustrated. I was charged for a phone that I no longer had because I returned it in store. Apparently the employee missed a step and it looked like the warehouse never received the deceive even though they did. I called for months trying to resolve this and each time a person promised me a call back they never called me back which is why this issue persisted from July 2022 to November 2022. Im glad I am leaving because Tmobile is trash and the employees are so uninformed from corporate and retail stores. 0 stars. I hate this company

      Absolutely Horrible Service!!Assurance Wireless is NOT worth the aggravation. The phones get horribly hot even when not in use, I ended up with a hard sore knot on my ear and my Doctor advised me to stop using the phone. When I spoke to the Assurance Wireless representative I was told to contact ******** about issues with the phone. The Assurance Wireless representative's are NOT Trained, they are instructed to lie and read from the company script, they know absolutely NOTHING about Assurance Wireless, the company they work for!! I have to call Assurance Wireless customer service at least 2 to 3 times a month due to the service dropping and I'm told the Same thing every time: The tower isn't working properly, to turn the phone off for 4 to 24 hours so my service can be switched to another tower so the service can "reboot". How can you call a service "Lifeline" if the service doesn't work? It makes no sense!!

      Spoke to a rep. by the name of ****, who was extremely rude. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she denied my req. by stating no sup were available (not true, in a call center there's always sup available). Then, I req to speak to retention, again, she stated she was able to handle the call and did not transfer. Bottom line, she became very conflictive, did not provide options, spoke over me and ended up hanging up on me.

      Been worn sprint over a decade and by far have been and are the worst company EVER to operate a business ! Unethical , scammers , liars , con artists and thieves! They are horrible ! The basically rob you without a gun.

      I have to call every single month every single month I repeat as my bill is incorrect I spent on average 1-2 hours each month from no service to incorrect billing amount Do NOT go with this service. They mostly try to fix it but after 7 months of the same thing I should be paid by tjem

      been with ******** for 6 yrs I have 5 lines on my acct and a tablet. I hadno problems with them until21. They had put me on a thing that said we cant be shut off due to something ********** gov put into effect something like 14 days given to pay. To big surprise 1 a.m. about 4 Hrs laterphones shut off try to call they are closed now phones off i call when opened and the automated thing came on said your service has been disconnected would u like to make payment right now i said no it hung up on me so now i have reconnection charges they want me to pay, rep told me thatisnt avail the tablet i had the screen broke i sent it into the insurance claim got denied it got stolen tried claims again denied 2times it was because they stuck a old phone i had on forthe tablet sonothing would be accepted2 replaceit igot screwedthere even tho tablet was free i had to pay for extraline, insurance that never covered a **** thing, now to 22 we had somehard timesfinally i gotphone to 0 balin may.then all the suddenphones are offgetting reconnectioncharges,5phones beingcharged,10 2talk2 them. since juneofthisyr ispent manyhours onthe phonewith customer servicetryingto gethelp and all i get is s**** u rep ******* **** can re dueur arrment payit thenget icant change it i was afterpaying whatu told meto theysaidyeah hungup onme,on phone trying get reseton them theywont work customerservice arguing with allofus sayingnothings wrong thatday i spent over4hrs onphone with them, i lostout on ***** duetophones notworking, ihad45.00 jobi lost nophone i ha todrive back home to callthem after idrove togas stationtogetgas2work buttmobile screwed me therethen get2phonesdone going out again only2have drive bachome rep ********* timeabout the3otherphone.4past 5or6mnths cant catchup echmonth chrg126plus everymonht addedon. they have laughedatme,made funofme,hung up on mewhat buisness treats ppl like that -> TMOBILEI I WAS SO EMBARASSED MY DAUGHTER TOOK PHONE asked 4 sup got there isnt 1 hung up

      TMobile lied to us by demanding an upgrade to 5G or our services would not work knowing ************* that they did not have TMobile towers close enough for us to connect to. I have been without service calls on and off for two weeks now, and more than a year of inconsistent quality service or actually, from the time they took over from Sprint. I upgraded to an iPhone 13+ and the service has gotten even worse. From dropped calls, to no calls in or out. And to think, this is the only phone I have available because I have no landline phone. I spent almost an hour on their website with a Chat Agent because I couldn't make a call that would hold long enough for a conversation when I did get one bar that eventually dropped to no bars, which meant no service. I've screenshotted everything. They continually make promises that they NEVER keep or IMPROVE even by the slightest, and their social media pages are inundated with complaints. I am seeking for some type of compensation or credit for services NOT RENDERED but charged every month.

      TMOBILE COMPLAINTS LETTER ******** On August 4th, 2022, I joined the TMOBILE company and got a cell phone and insurance. After 2 months I returned to the store and paid in full for the phone and asked for information about joining MetroPCS I was told by the selling representative that once I cancel my service before October 23, 2022, I would not owe anything to TMOBILE. ON 10/18/2022 I joined MetroPCS and canceled TMOBILE. They are sending me a bill for $269 for the upcoming month and international calls. I never took an international service with TMOBILE. I am disputing these charges. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives who are looking into the charges and was told to wait for the end of the month for them to reprocess the bill and credit me. Today I received a call from a collection agency Conversion Business Sources. TMOBILE needs to fix its mistake on its side. I never signed up for international service with them.
