Tried ******** internet home service, did not work at our house. They included SIM cards for our phones, if we decided to with ********. Internet did not work, we never removed SIM cards from box. We returned everything they sent to us within two days and they received everything back, but now we keep getting a bill for $116.67 for service on our phones, phones we never activated with ********. Called 4 times, each time saying they will take the amount off our bill, but still getting bills. This last time, they said I needed to get in touch with the collection agency and handle it from there. Worst customer service ever!!!

Horrible service , big scam. They get you to trade in your phone and then lie about anything ( in my case that the find my option was never turned off and it is off)Then they have no email or phone number to talk to a live agent or representative so basically s******* you out of a trade in , also their communication with Spectrum is a joke. There isnt any. The whole process is screwed. Why yall have a 1st star review. I truest hope someone sues Assurance wireless and bankrupts them you are the scum we need to rid our society of , literally waste of space the entire company and a complete scam of a operation , terrible construct, no way to contact the company, and zero teamwork with spectrum. SHAME ON ASSURANCE WIRELESS! Keep the $100 phone you cheap f#%^s may the devil be with you sorry folks over there.

Sprint is a scam no wonder why they hide under the name of Tmobile! They keep charging me 300 every month and keep shutting my phone off to add cut off fees. This phone company should be shut down for good. I never get any solution to my problems. Now they cover their explanation of charges on the bill and just add charges with no explanation. I should of never went with this company. I am in a hole for ****** and they can't seem to explain this? I work hard for my credit and this is reflecting negatively. Please advise on this issue.

Z Fold 4 | $0 Now for 36months | Lies @ ********** *********************************************************************** | 1. Wanted 2 phone (Z Fold 4)2. Sales ******** name tag) But, was with ***** (wore a name tag)3. Asked for Id, and Social to run soft credit | Ran soft credit, then said I qualified for the phones.3. (a) Quoted 2 ( Z Fold 4 | Phones) | Out the door $350.00 3. (b) Only needed to pay the taxes on the phone | Thus, the $350.00 3. (c) *** ******* site did not have the phones were going to get the phone from another store | Come back at 3p 3. (d) Asked for $75.00 down until I they got the phones.3. (e) Went back to the ******* to pick up the phones | *********************************************************************** 4. Went to pay for the phone, and then cost for out the door changed to $1076.00 5. ***** stated | **Mobile approved my financing but, I had to finance the full cost of the phone at a higher price than the amount needed to be financed. 6. ******* **Mobile | So, instead of financing the difference with the final cost. I had to finance at a higher price. I believe this is illegal | Don't you think? 7. So, in other words I *** explanation for why, I needed to put more money down now was because **Mobile only finances at the rate of the original price and not the amount you need financing coverage for? | Example [ Original price ******* minus promo ****** = *******] So, why am I financing $******* instead of $*******? | Oh, it get's better : ******** ******* not applying the credit ( So, let's talk about how they get the $****** back) { Financing at a higher rate (simple math).8. How much profit is **mobile making from it's customers who are financing their phone at prices that don't exist. 9. I have it in writing. 10. *** ******* Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), or ******* Statute *******, is a ******* law that allows a person to *** a business for unfair competition and deceptive or unconscionable business practices.

I worked with *********************** to get my new phone set up and he was such a great help. He made the process of ordering my new phone feel effortless, and it arrived at my home in less than 24 hours! I had some difficulties getting the *** card activated and **** was able to jump on a phone call almost immediately after I sent him an email. Just all around great customer service.

They get they're money one way or another and don't care from who...my sister had 5 lines through Sprint ******** and has recently passed away...in order to cancel the account, they wanted my mother to sign a paper and they would send a box for the 5 phones and cancel the account. They told my mom that she is now responsible for the account. She made a $150.00 dollar payment. They insisted on all $500+ money owed...my mom tried making payment arrangements and made another $50.00 payment. Since then, they have taken the $300+ remaining out of her account and now is short on money to pay her bills. My mom lives on social security and does not have enough now to pay her bills...as far as I'm concerned, they just stole money without permission.... Ruthless business practices. Can't pay her bills now and her youngest daughter just died...

Been with Sprint for over 10 years and this week alone have been by far the worst experience EVER!!!! I got 2 phones lines with them and been paying over 200 dollars a month on the bill. I didnt think anything of it as I was leasing the 2 iphones well that upgrade started in Dec 2019. So I been paying on 2 phones for almost 3 years that I JUST found out that I dont own and are not unlocked!! Supposedly I was suppose to contact Sprint and let them know I wanted to buy my phones after 18 months which I wasnt aware of. I mean who wants to pay on phones that they will never own, so that gesture is just ridiculous to me. Anyways Ive called customer service for 3-4 days straight trying to explain my situation and figure how can I own my phones since technically Ive overpaid on these phones. Well all I got was impatient and rude agents that kept explaining the contract which *** made them aware that I clearly understood what the so call contract states but was NOT clearly made aware that I needed to do anything extra on my end initially when purchasing the phones. I was hung up on several times and when I did get a supervisor with sense they told me something totally different from what the previous person did. That supervisor gave me a credit that went towards my bill, then the next day it was taken away from me because the credit supposedly should have went to the payment of the phones according to the new supervisor thats handling the case which I dont understand because the phones should have been paid off after 3 years. Now this is leaving me with my original balance ok fine but now Im told the phones are paid off but they will not unlock my phones until the balance is paid in full!!! I feel like Im being bullied and forced to stay with SPRINT when at this point I want to be done!! These phones were listed at ****** originally, Ive been paying additional 26.40/mo from Dec 2019- June 2021 then it went up to 29.17/mo thereafter and ongoing thats ******

Assurance wireless is the worst company to deal with. Phones are bad. Say they will send replacement but dont. Representatives are rude and lie. Go with any company but this one. Needs a zero rating but not able to leave that.
