      Several times Ive been in the phone with customer service to discuss my bill, upgrade, migrate to ******** etc they tell me one thing and once I get to the store they state its false information. I have wasted my time, gas, money and fees charged over the phone with customer care as well in the store.

      I purchased a brand new ******* galaxy s22 ultra from ******** on black Friday; and they didn't have the phone in stock. I was told by the in store customer care representative that if I brought the phone I could have it delivered in store by the next day. That was false. They also told me that they had a promotion for free galaxy buds 2 that was also false. Needless to say I have launched complaint after complaint with no resolve to my liking. I talked too the customer care rep on the phone from ****************. She informed me at the time that I brought my phone the ear buds weren't on promotion. Which was false advisement either on her in or the in-store reps end. She also stated that I should check online too see if the in-store reps are telling me correctly. That is not my responsibility nor my job.

      Falsely advertise payoff your existing phone. THEY WILL NOT 9 MONTHS LATER $0 REIMBURSED. There is no a catch they don't tell you about. Monthly bill keeps rising. Switch you to another plan without asking - says it will save us money. NOT. Bill is higher.

      Tried to rip me off $1150. I closed my account with them but they left a phantom line open and kept charging me after the cancellation. The last charge was for minutes used in the *************... seriously? They're a total fraud! Just filed a fraud claim with my bank.

      horrible service. RIP OFF!!!! i have been with sprint over 20 years and upgrade when and if possible i have also been charged at the highest rate for the past 2-3 years when i was then told that there was a "better plan for me". i upgraded my phone and added a line and everything got screwed up. the **** also stated they didnt receive my phone but a rep told me that she is sorry but some agents tell people false information and hang up the phone. i dont know how she can tell me this without getting me upset. i have been paying double my bill to not go into collections and be in good standing BUT i figured my bill was going to get adjusted seeing that all my info is correct in the system. i do not have any help and am now filing a complaint!!! sprint owes me money and then some!!!!!

      This is Day 5 of waiting for ******** to "port" my account to another phone carrier. I am beyond words in my frustration and disgust with ********.After being a very satisfied customer of ********************** for over **************************************************** service when ******** bought out the company. Dropped calls...weak or no internet connection...multiple times of lack of service in multiple locations. I've spent many times driving out-of-state and been without phone service. ******** has put my physical safety at risk.The customer service representatives have been polite and tried to be helpful but were unsuccessful due to the poor quality of ******** coverage and equipment.Now I am in a situation where I am at the mercy of ******** to port my account to another phone carrier. And ******** is once again failing me as I am limping along with access to only partial phone information on my contacts...therefore putting me at physical risk again as well as the stress of frustration and inconvenience. I have never written a negative review before, but ******** is the worst company I have ever used. I am beyond words to express my frustration and disgust with ********.

      They have taken us for a little over 300 dollars so far. They admit they owe it to us and told us it will be fixed. This has been going on since March and we have called them every month, taking at least an hour out of my day.

      We were Sprint customers by ******** that when they took over we would see no difference in our service. May of 2022 we started having problems with connectivity. dropped calls, could not make calls in areas we could before then. I made calls regarding service. told by ******** we needed to change phones because of the upgrade to 5G. the end of Aug 2022. driving home from work I could not make calls or keep calls going at all. We live in *************** work in Fremont **, driving on HYW 275 called ******** and told the transition to ******** from Sprint was complete, they turned off the Sprint towers the call dropped 4 times. ******* said they would refund us 2 months of service, give us a refund for one phone and bill us monthly for the other phone. talked to the ************** in ******* ** and was told to call customer service to get a refund. He told me he was having the same problem with his phone.I was told by ******** it would take 28 days for all the refunds to talk place and they would set up the monthly payments for the phone. I called didnt see the refund called customer service Oct 3, 2022. person I talked to then said told us he would. said he would refund the 2 mon of service both our phones. He said he was a supervisor and could do this. He assured me he could, please wait 28 days again. Instead of the refund they charged my card on file with them for the phones, . I called customer service again, talking to a different supervisor. She told we it was all my fault for not following up with them sooner, my request for refunds had been denied and if they did give me a refund it would show on my account as a charge and they would sent me to collections.they sent us to collections for the phones and the 2 month refund il I got a letter from ******** says I have 10 days to pay them over $900 ( the phones and the 2 month refund Please help me get this resolved.*************************** **********************************************************************

      Assurance Wireless has been my cell phone carrier for almost 14 years now and they're HORRIBLE! I will say since ******** bought them out it seems the customer service experience is a little better however the issues are too many and too stressful. Assurance SUCKS! I just made another FCC complaint on them because due to a technical issue I have to reapply in order to have service. Assurance is turning my service off on 12/13/22. I'm so tired of the problems with lousy equipment and service. I won't even get the paperwork from the government until after my cell is turned off. WTH? One time I was on M-6 and needed to call 911 and I couldn't! I had NO service! That was an FCC complaint too. Unless ******** takes over Assurance I don't think the issues will ever be fixed!

      I never was informed when the tows in my area with sprint was changed and you need a sim card to fix it. Customer service ***************** up on me when I was telling him I never received a card nor was a notified on any form. I've been a sprint client sence ****. I've never been so disrespected like this before. This new Tmobile is a horrible company to deal with the customer service. Never have o been hung up on before and now my phone cant call them to figure out how to fix it. Very bad business.
