      These people are monsters and I really hope they get caught. Their service is horrible, their customer service is horrible. We sent a phone back after we cancelled a line never ********** and have been paying for the line for over a year now.They said we would get a two hundred dollar gift card after my phone was paid off...NOTHING! Bills quadrupled. they told us they own us!!! So they pretty much owe us thousands of dollars and are also making it impossible to switch, but I am. Don't do what I did and give them the benefit of the doubt, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

      On January 22, 2023 I called with problems with my current phone which is a ***, I was told that I had to pay for a replacement phone, which I did.I was given 3 options to choose from which I chose a ******** with a 6.5 inch screen. At the time of my call and order of my new phone I was informed that there wasn't a tracking number that I was to call in daily for the Tracking number, which I did, and each time was informed that my new ******** phone was in process for shipping. Today January 25,2023 I was given my shipping tracking number. I received my new phone approximately 1 hour after my call with your customer service agent.When I opened my package I realized I didn't get what I had paid for and ordered I had received the ***** Volt SV55 which has a very small screen. So I immediately called your customer service and explained my problem. 1. It's not what I ordered.2. I ordered the ******** phone because of the bigger screen.I was informed by the customer service agent and 2 supervisors that I had been lied to not by just 1 of the agents but by 4 agents. I was informed that the ************ I had were to receive a refund or use the new phone.I explained that I couldn't see the screen on the ***** Volt55 because I'm partly blind and it wasn't what was ordered.I was then informed that the phone I received was the only phone that was available in the warehouse and I could wait and hopefully get selected for the new promotional phone that has a much bigger screen.I explained that I would be happy with a replacement phone like the *** that I currently have. Again I was told there was nothing that could be done.Please help me fix this problem. If I could see the screen on the ***** Volt55 I wouldn't mind using it but the issue is the screen is to small.Thank you for your time and hopefully a resolve to my problem.Again I paid for my replacement phone. I didn't get a upgrade I got a downgrade. My son had to type this

      Horrible company been with sprint 10 years always paid my bill on time they don't care about their customers or service which is Horrible now since merging with ******** drop calls everyday they don't give good promotional upgrades unless you are a new customer paying what's left on my contract and I'm going somewhere else.

      The worst company ever I have seen in my life .. customer service non-existence they ********** more than they promised and there is no customer service to fix you're problem stay away from this company the stores are private owned so they can't help you and customer service is non- exestance

      Bad move by Sprint! To add insult to injury with their network not working half the time, ******** relentlessly spams us through their "Device Manager" app and repeated orders to have them stop continue to be ignored. **************** does nothing but lie and gaslight. Do not get anything from ********!

      Switch companies as soon as you possibly can to avoid what my husband and I have been through with TMobile. 21 yrs with Sprint with no problems whatsoever. 30 hours since 12/25 with no resolution adding a line and phone for my father. Initially the phone was not deliveredwe figured Holiday delivery service glitch. Another phone was sent out which the are saying comes up as stolen. No resolution as of yet. We are switching to ******** Closed the bank account that ******** automatically drafts monthly billwe gave them an extra $350 they asked for to resolve the issue. The anxiety and wasted hours are not worth the aggravation. Please switch carriers ASAP. If I could have given ******** zero stars I would have. I have never written a review good or bad in my entire life. This is simply to help others avoid the anxiety and negative energy we experienced with ******** and their customer service Representatives.

      I am a business customer of ********************** for ** years. Now Sprint has become TMobile. I was guaranteed by customer service that my plan was not going to change. In September, I called to find out about my plan and without my permission, my plan cost went from $30 to $65. **************** told me there is nothing they can do. I hope someone from **************** could help me with this problem.

      It's been a nightmare since I've been with this company they told me to switch my phones over from Sprint to ******** charge me all kind of outrageous charges still two of my phones and overpriced me on my account then turn off my phone every other month and charge me outrageous charges and now lock my phone illegally cuz my phones are not ******** phones but they say I'm with Sprint it's been horrible no one gets back to you no one answers your phone talk to over 20 people at ******** talk to 20 people at Sprint and they send me back and forth I am tired of the runaround and no help they always say they'll call you back and never will

      I have had an issue with my Sprint bill for over 12 months. I have called every month to try and speak with a supervisor to get ANY kind of resolution. Multiple people have put in a "request" for management to call me back and nobody EVER does. How can a company be run with such horrible customer service? How is it that after an entire year of calling I can still get no resolution or even speak with someone in upper management in regards to my concern?

      I have had a terrible experience with ********** They would never send me a final bill. Even though I went in to their store 3 times to get this.The worst cellular company out there. Dont do business with them
