Assurance Wireless is awful. They ripped me off, I had a positive balance in my account and when I closed my account they said I'd be refunded the positive balance and that has not happened. When I inquire I get someone who barely speaks english and has no authority to do anything or fix anything when something would be wrong, not to mention there products and services are are terrible, calls constantly dropping in and out despite having service. Just so yourself a favor, stay away!!

I am really upset with ********** auto pay. We are now required to pay 2 days in advance if we want to use auto pay. They say they sent text messages letting everyone know of the changes but that is not true. I actually read off the text message to the representative and it says everything with our account will remain the same including auto pay. If I wouldn't have called, I could have been put in a situation to where I could have had insufficient funds in my account because of this change. I think it's highly irresponsible not to make sure their customers are aware of all changes. I also think it's unfair if I don't want to use auto pay any longer than my bill goes up $15. I just feel like I am being punished for something I didn't know about, and I am sure others don't know either. Honestly, I should not have to pay 2 days early unless I want to.

After being a loyal customer for several years, I decided to transfer to another company, because I just retired and needed to save money.I called them to unlock my phone, and they said that they could not do it. I would have to call back on a certain date. After calling back on that date, they again stalled me saying to call back on another date. I finally got a supervisor involved and got my phone unlocked, and cancelled my account. This took over a month of getting the run around. Then they had the nerve to debit my closed account for $55. Spoke with a Supervisor and was told this was for my last weeks of service, which I reluctantly had to have through them since they held me hostage for a month, refusing to unlock my phone. Needless to say they would not remove the debit charge. ***Dont use ******************************* because after many years of being a loyal customer, they would not remove a measly $55 charge for a senior citizen.

After being a customer with ********************** for ** years, I'm experiencing the worst customer service with ********* **********************/******** has now become a bigger & better "mess" instead of a better "network" as they claim in their greeting message. Every time I call the customer service, the representative has a foreign accent & I have to explain the is*** 2-3 times. Recently I ordered two new phones with them but ended up returning both phones right away because the same phones were available at a much better price at Best Buy. At the time of placing the order with the new Sprint, which is ******** now, I was asked to pay the sales tax for the new phones that I paid upfront. I called the customer service a few times to get the refund for the amount I paid as sales tax at the time of placing the order. Today I called once again regarding the same is***, and I was told by the associate that ******** doesn't is*** the refund for Sales Tax, and I'll NOT get my money back that I paid upfront for the sales tax. The associate clearly said that ******** doesn't refund the money collected as sales tax and it's ********'s money to keep. I asked the representative once again - do you really know what you're saying? That's the most outrageous thing I've ever heard. I asked the associate to send me a letter stating the same so I can *** them. I asked the associate to escalate the call to a supervisor. The supervisor repeated the same thing and said that the money a customer pays towards sales tax at the time of purchase goes to the state government & ******** doesn't have it anymore. The so-called knowledgeable supervisor probably has no idea that the sales tax is paid on net sales. Once again, the most absurd thing coming out from a supervisor. It's time to move to a new provider after 22 years with Sprint now a part of ********, the bigger and better "MESS".

I dropped sprint becuase they shut my wifes phone off every other month even though I had auto pay. When I finally switched to ******* they sent my account to collections after I paid over $1200 dollars in equipment fees. Switched July 2022. Finally paid all fees associated with termination 9/15/22 with rep waiving service fee for two inactive line (no activity in past 18 months) Fast forward 2 months later I start getting notices that I owed for service from 9/17 thru October. I called Sprint no less than 6 times being bounced around for hours each time from overseas service center where no one has any common sense. If I paid final fees on 9/15 to cancel how am I charged for October based on activity on 9/17. I finally paid the addition $167 so my credit was not harmed - This should be illegal. I will use the hashtag #Sprint Tmobile ***** on all my social media.

Should be able to give a -10 stars!Ripping me off from a phone I paid off in Jan. 2022. They have still charged me over $350 for a phone that is paid off! Cant get any customer service. They cant do the simple math. ***** per month for 18 months. That is the price I paid. Now they trying to tell me the $***** is for being able to USE the phone I already paid for! Yeah that doesnt fly! Anyone wanna go in on a lawyer with me. We could probably get ******************************* out of business before the completion of the ******** take over. I left that c*** company years ago. They are starting off exactly how I left them. S******* their customers!!! Sick of of being screwed over by companies that think their s*** dont stink, that they can get away with this kind of service!!!Im calling a lawyer!!!
