Sprint was charging me for 4 years on a phone that a Sprint employee told me the lease was up and paid off and that I wouldn't be charged anymore!!!!! I only found this out when I was trying to merge over to Tmobile. Sprint is not taking responsibility and putting the blame on me!!!! Why is it my fault that their employee told me I wouldn't be charged anymore??? They owe me $1,500 for the 4 years they fraudulently charged me!!!! They also retaliated against me by turning my phone off after I complained and was being sent to the escalation line. This organization is a fraud and can't responsibility for their incompetent employees. Stealing from customers!!!!

I have been a customer of ******** for many years. Back around 2020, I was the account holder for myself and my 3 family members. I made the ultimate decision to branch off of my account and join my spouse's account. I made a call to ******** to have the account transferred to my Father's name. I was ensured by the first representative that this was an easy, quick process. This is when the worst headache of my life began! I had to speak to not one, not two, NOT three, but FOUR different representatives over the course of almost three whole years. Within that time frame, each representative after the next re-assured me that everything was fixed and good to go (my sister's phone/apple watch line was still, somehow, on this CANCELLED account. Therefore, her phone no longer works) and that there was NO BALANCE REMAINING. That was not the case. Eventually, ******** sends me to COLLECTIONS because there was an alleged $797.00 balance remaining on this cancelled account. However, to transfer myself off of the original account with my family, the balance had to be paid in full. The balance was indeed, paid in full. That's why I was able to transfer my information to my spouse's phone plan! I called, YET AGAIN, and spoke to a supervisor. After almost 45 minutes, ****** had NO answers and told me I have to contact the collection agency to have this issue rectified. Therefore, after almost 3 WHOLE YEARS of going back and forth and being lied to, I, the customer with the very long, ongoing issue, after the ******** representative assured me how "easy" of a process of transferring power is, now has to go out of their way to fix the problem ******** created! Had I known this would ever be THIS difficult, I would have switched phone carriers entirely! I have never been more frustrated and more upset than I am now. My credit report took a massive hit and it's for money that was ALREADY PAID.

Signed up with Assurance Wireless about a year ago. Everything was good until I moved in Sept. 2022. Then my internet started cutting off randomly.Called ***************** They said restart the phone. Didn't help. Go to System Settings and reset the internet settings. Didn't help. Turn the phone off for three hours. Didn't help. Finally they said the problem was in the cell tower, and they would reroute me to another tower. Never happened.Asked to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold and hung up. This happened several times. They sent me a new phone. (But if the problem is in the tower, why would this help?) It didn't. The problem persisted. They next sent me a new Sim card. Didn't help.I have received several text messages, saying the problem "has been resolved," but no, it has not.I wrote to their office in **********, **, about this. No response. So the problem allegedly is in a defective cell phone tower, and they could reroute my service to another tower, and have repeatedly promised to do so, but they have not.I really don't know what else to do at this point. I guess it's time to look for another service provider.

Unfortunately, there is a woman who used to be a man. The employee is a transgender employee, and I didn't feel comfortable with that employee. The reason why is that transgender employee is mostly likely the data hacker of all of ********* customers' devices and other services. This is inexcusable for American consumers safety. My personal name isn't connected with these high ability organizations outside of America.

Assurance wireless is horrible. My mom paid $15 dollars to get unlimited calls since the phone already offered unlimited text. The next day they shut her phone off saying she only paid $10 and that money was converted and already used within two days of paying the $15. We have talked to management and they refused to refund the money and told her she would have to pay more money to use the phone. They said she would have to fill out another application to use the plan she wants. Which makes no sense. There is add in options for user to add features. She's done it before with no issues. The manager couldn't even get the right amount together that she had paid. He kept saying $10 when it was $15. I understand people see these government phones as a great option because they are free. However it is not worth it. You are better off going to ******* or an actual company.

My family has been working with Tmobile in **************, ** for a few years now. We have never had a problem until last year when we purchased new phones and got a family plan(4 lines). Our bill was never accurate to what we were initially told it would be. We also had additional devices added to our bill that we never purchased. We have receipts for everything but Arch Telecom and the store managers are never able to help us remove those extra charges or the devices. They have admitted to us that a previous employee took money and devices from several customers and that we among those customers that this happened to. Now that we want out of the plan all together, they are asking that we pay another couple thousand to get out of this and we have already paid them Over 3,000$ to get our plan set up. The employee that committed these acts is still employed at the ***************** for Tmobile. They continue to let him work there knowing what he did and they allow him to access other accounts from ************** to "fix his problem". This employee needs to be fired and action needs to be taken!

Sprint before being part of T mobile:I had been with the company for many years. There has been issues with them for a long time (billing etc), but when I had a cell phone that was not working correctly. I called the company numerous times for help and they didnt fix the problem. I couldnt use the phone, so when I turned the phone back to them, they billed me for the price of a new phone. Youre billing me constantly for a phone I dont have and cannot use.
