We have been customers for many years with ******** and went to upgrade our phone. We got the s23 and were not told the store only carried the 128 and that a 256 was available to order for $60 more .(although the store rep ***** even have that right, he said $100 more and we shoukd have just gotten the larger s23+ in the first place) RUDE. This was at the ******** store on Barrington and Schaumburg rd in ********** ill.We were told the s23 had more storage then our s10 and 10e which a few days later we found out was false they both are 128 AND no sd slot, so the ********************************************* card. We attempted to get the 256 and have the $70 restocking fee waving due to misinformation and the manager was never available. A week later still within 14 days we were told to contact ******** directly by a store employee and tell them to order the 256 as the store does not carry it. We did that, and ths CS rep waved 1 restocking fee and 1 reactivation fee and said she would send a return label for the 128. When we did not get the labels, we called C S again and was told to go to the store who said now it is past 14 days and they cannot do anything. We now called C S again and after 2 hrs on the phone have still not gotten a resolution other then keeping the 128 and returning the 256. Otherwise we have to pay for ************. VERY UNHAPPY and will NEVER recommend ******** and will switch carriers. Go to Best buy, they have multiple plans and are up ftont with your options And a cheaper resticking fee.

Complaint is with customer care 611. I spoke with three different sales associates took detailed notes dates times I was told by all three sales associates that I would get a $800 credit towards a new phone for an upgrade from an s21 to a Galaxy S23 all three sales associates told me that the $800 for the credit at the end of the day a $130 would be taken out of the $800 credit and used towards the ***** connection fee and the taxes for the new device. Adding up to approximately $130 leaving a balance of $630 that was what they broke down to me verbally and that is what I wrote down in my paperwork with times and dates that is a verbal agreement which is binding legally. Then I was told that $35 connection fee and the taxes for the new device would have to be taken out of our debit card on file because it's computer generated in that once we see it on our debit card to call customer service care 611 and we would be refunded immediately The money would be taken and put back on our debit card. This did not happen I called and asked to be refunded the money back onto the debit card and they refused I also spoke to management they refused a management claims that that option cannot be done that they cannot credit my debit card but three sales associates verbally made a binding contract over the phone which the conversation is recorded by them not refunding the money agreed upon to our debit card this constitutes as fraud. Approximately 4 years of service with ******** and this is how they treat their customers. So not only did three customer service representatives lie and commit fraud for financial gains.

Id like to give 0 stars. Terrible customer services. Asked for a payment extension on 222 of a 722 dollar balance. Nope. The bill was due March 3rd. Its now March 18th and they have restricted my phone. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. In 4 months when our contracts are up, Im done. This is definitely not the only thing they have done, like charged us for a phone for over a year that was suppose to be paid off, but when its their mistake, no accountability taken. WORST company!

I bought an S20 FE 5G for approximately 1k - 3 years ago. I paid off my phone and was on time with the monthly service charges. The final straw with TMobile was their response when a hacker got customer information. I asked about it and they said they did not know how it happened nor how to prevent it in the future. Great protection on sensitive data. I received a SIM card from another carrier, had the new carrier activate my cell, waited, waited, and the phone stated Network Locked (Searching). Called ******** to get the phone unlocked and after 5 days and over 15 hours of being on the phone with their customer service (what a joke) was told ******** couldn't and wouldn't do anything more. The kicker was that they said I had to have bought their extended warranty when my account was active (too bad it is closed) for them to do the right thing and get me an unlocked phone (WHO buys an extended warranty so that you will get a an unlocked phone after it is paid off - this is an EXPECTATION). I will NEVER use ******** as a carrier for anything!!! I would give negative stars if I could!

Worst customer service in the industry. Also an unethical company in my opinion: Trying to downgrade a phone under warranty by sending a junk phone to replace it. Trying to make people pay for phones they are supposed to get free on the lifeline program by saying you only get one free and then when then ***** out for whatever reason we have to charge you. Blocking out your own unlocked phone from another company and then activate it, saying "we don't do that. " You have to take our phone or buy one from us only. (I believe, my opinion is that is an illegal collusion). Then their main complaint line to the executive office of Tmobile gives you executive assistants that don't listen to a word you say, double talk like a used car salesman and never resolve your issue. They simply don't care. You can probably see why they have ****** complaints on this bbb website. And more on other consumer review websites.MY opinion: don't do business with them.

After paying off our devices we were still being charged the monthly payments for them. Even with all the documentation and bills in hand, ******** refuses to refund or credit our account.

Horrible customer service since ********************** has merged with TMobile. They are not organized and try to get more money from you. I made a payment arrangement and paid the amount that was required of me to make a new arrangement and they lost the notes for the new payment arrangement. I received a text today saying my services were going to be disconnected. I called immediately since my phone is a work phone and I was told I would have to pay and additional $75 for a new arrangement. When asked to speak with a supervisor the agents say the same thing. As part as sprints new policies the supervisors will back up the agents and will say the same thing Finally after arguing with the agent I was able to speak to a supervisor who did assist me but there was no record of my payments arrangement or payment I made a few days ago.I have been a customer for over 5 years and have been on time with payments until recently when I have been out of work for 3 months. As soon as my phone lease is paid I will be switching cell carriers.

I was happy about the service until I needed to change the card on my account. The customer service automated service required the pin I had set up last year and didnt remember. I was referred to the ******** store to recover the pin. I went to the ******** store with my router and attached phone #. They told me they could not help and referred me back to the customer service line. I chose to cancel the service but no one would help ***** single worst customer service experience Ive had. I went to the ********** ** location in case they have any interestwhich I assume they do not.

The worst phone company I know after being their customer for over 6 years. I was lazy to change because my life is so busy but I cant no more its time to take that leap. They called me in August 2022 to tell me about a promotion to take advantage of 2 mobile WIFI for free come to find out I was charged $300 and more for each device. The worst thing is that they dont even work I called the next day after receiving them to return them they keep lying to me about sending me returns labels I never received. After so many complaints and so many calls still nothing. Its been 7 months Im being charged for useless devices, Im exasperated and extremely frustrated to be treated like this as a loyal customer. Dont use them please theyre the worst. I do NOT recommend sprint to my worst enemy??

Assurance Wireless is horrible. Slow, usually ESL with CSRs who seem to hate their jobs, and let me tell you about their phones: I think Assurance Wireless has a big junkheap of refurbished phones -- recycled -- and if somebody calls in for a replacement they just grab whatever from the s***pile of recycled phones. In the past six months, I've gone through THREE phones and now I will need another replacement. Four phones in less than six months. They'll go a couple or three weeks and then just stop working altogether -- can't turn the phone on or off, can't charge up the phone -- then spend a good while on the phone trying to locate a human, more often than not a resentful ESL who thinks he or she is doing you the greatest labor of love sending a replacement phone. If you are also in the lower/lowest income brackets and qualify for free phone service, please keep looking. I don't know if any of the free phone services have monopolies in any regions, but Assurance Wireless is a lot of "busy work" on the phone negotiating for what has already been determined by law as an entitlement to the poor.
