      For the last 4 months Sprint/******** has been giving me the run around about a $200 houndred dollar credit I was suppose to recieve for turning in 2 phones once I upgraded. I have talked with several people and they all keep saying the same thing about them do everything they can to correct the issue. On 2/28/2023 The Rep told me it would ******* days for the credit to show up as of today 04/14/2023 it has not. There has been an open dispute about this since the 28th still nothing. Now a Rep by the name of ******* tells me he has talk to his manager and there is nothing they can do because my account is past due. My account being past due has nothing to do with you honoring what I was told. I was told over and over A BOLD FACE LIE just to get a sale. I was leaving the horrible company and the rep tricked me with lies to stay now they don't want to honor the lies. Sprint mereging with ******** was a horrible decission customer service is rude and extremely dishonest.

      I've been a customer with ********************** for ** years. I ran into some unexpected expenses the last couple of months and asked if they would work with me on my payment and split it up. I had to pay $147 or my phone would be shut off. I worked with 3 different representatives who all gave me different answers. The second representative told me not to worry about it and pay when I could. Well I got a text the next day that my phone was going to be shut off. So I got the $147 and paid it. Then I was told the remaining balance of $149 was to be paid by the 11th. I asked if that could be paid on the 14th. I was told by the 3rd representative that he would call me on the 11th and we would extend it. Did I receive a call? No- and on top of that I received a text thanking me for my payment that wasn't supposed to come out until Friday. Since merging with Tmobile, I've had the worst experience with their customer service. While it's not their fault I ran into some unexpected expenses, I have been a customer for 23 years. You would think they would be a little more accommodating. All I was asking for was a few days- not 6 months.

      Son is on my account and in the military. He was going over seas for 9 months, called sprint/tmobile to set up international calling. All great, not, found out I was getting billed a little over $1000 a month. Thats a little over $450 increase. Son broke phone, have insurance, I call to get replacement and explain situation. They gave us 180 days to return broken phone back, great.Get new bill they charged me for not returning broken phone now I have a $3000 bill to pay. Called to get bill fixed with no help at all. They want to pay for phone and will reimbursed as credit on my account.so tmobile take over has ruined sprint. Leaving sprint after 20 years of service.

      Assurance wireless is awesome as are all their employees, have been with them since 2011 and never had a problem, their service is a Godsend!!

      I called to cancel watches. I was told their was still 9 months left in the contract. They offered $15 to make me happy. Every time I call I am on the line forever. I am not happy but to get out of my service it would cost an arm and a leg

      I have Issues with my account which I talked to customer service to avoid having issues. I have contacted them about the same issues for the last 3 months everytime I asked to speak to a supervisor or Manager they put me on hold for more than an hour and they hang up on me. I have been a Sprint customer for 23 years and never had such bad service until the joined with tmobile. Today my issues is still not resolved and I still have not talked to a Manager or Supervisor. I would not recommend this company any longer. It seems they have a Standard practice of putting you on hold and thinking that you are going to hang up when that doesn't work they hang up on you so you can't talk to Manager who may be able to resolve you issues. If I could leave no stars I would in fact a negative star.

      Sprint is the worst carrier to have. Service *****. Not to mention the customer service is horrible!! They have no consideration for the customer on for there $ they charge you to chat with a live agent when the system will not allow you to make changes! Literally ask for 4 days to pay my bill and they were rude and disrespectful about it. Ask for a supervisor and told I could speak to one . Then told they will tell you the same thing. I get different responses and different answers all the time. Nobody has gave me the same information as the person before them! Ridiculous!!!! DO NOT USE SPRINT !!!!!!!

      Ive been a sprint customer for 9 years and never had any problems with my service I should have just went to ******* because ******** keeps dropping my calls and the service is horrible.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Back in Jan husband and I were about to switch to tmobile and after going through the process of creating an account and even getting talked into their internet the sales associate pulled a bait n switch. Suddenly the phones we wanted couldn't be ordered and the internet promo miraculously ended (funny bc it was good less than 12 hrs before the account was set up when we had been in to speak with them in person). We cancelled it all same day it was all created but somehow I get a bill a month later for unreturned internet equipment we never took. We never had service and we never got ANY equipment and even though the account showed up on their end as cancelled they billed us anyway. Then after several phone calls and a visit to the store I was told that I'd have to wait until the end of the March billing cycle to have the account credited and that they would check in for the next 3 months to ensure no charges were billed to this CANCELLED account that NEVER had service. After filing a complaint with BBB their response never even acknowledged that this was all in error and even went on to say that I signed up for 3 lines and internet making it appear as if I was the issue not them. It was never even a legit active account with servicable phone lines and our phone numbers never were ported over from our current provider. Had we known the sales assoc was baiting us we never would have created it in the first place! Terrible service and resolution is barely acceptable.

      Terrible customer service, terrible cell service and an all over horrible experience since ******** took over Sprint. I had been a sprint customer for over 10 years with no problems. Since ******** has taken over Ive had nothing but problems and customer service is a joke No one seems to be able to help with any issues that you have. my son had protection coverage that we had been paying for over five years. I had to argue for three hours that I was paying for that coverage to be able to get a replacement phone. They took the sprint mobile app away and it has now taken me two months to get on the ******** mobile app so that I can pay my bills and view my usage. When I called because this is an issue again no one could help. Im pretty text savvy. It shouldnt be this hard.
