      I received alerts on one of my phones of 3 months of trends of domestic or international activity. Date ranges from October 2022-March 2023. When you fo to bill to check usage, the information is non existent. Front line floor reps tried to explain it away as **** numbers, but could not align dates, time, and duration. I was told toll free is actually a long distance charge. Strange my other five lines do not share this trend analysis. 2nd, my personal main pho e received a ******* system memessage hat 911 had been dialed on the device recently, so all my blocked numbers have become unblocked. I was mocked and talked down to as I don't know the difference between text, app, email, or system messaging services. That was with chat rep ****** About an hour and a half later, I received a Tmobile message stating that I had changed my voicemail password as per request I hit the ceiling. Stayed on hold over 3 hours to speak with someone. Find out the last rep I interacted with was a chat rep and they were the one to reset. Now I'm waiting to see what they are going to do.Lack pf professionalism, malicious intent, unethical, and just plain mean. I've never been treated in such a manner.

      Scammers! I never wanted a ******** account. My bank filed a request for return if a $69. Charge on my account and it was taken care of tho I had to get a new card. Now I get a $175. ****?! It's a good thing I got a new card tho or they would have taken this amount out of my account. I call the **** number on the bill and they can't even tell me what these charges are for! They told me I have to go to a store to see what's going on with my account. I Do Not have an account and I'm not gonna find a ******** store for a fraudulent account! I'm disabled and don't drive.

      I've had assurance wireless for over a year I received an email and letter in the mail saying As a thank you, and to show you how much we value you, we would like to upgrade your phone, for free. Were offering you a Artia I called March 13 at 3pm the woman set me up for my new free upgrade phone is Going to be sent to me. I was on the phone with her for over 1 HOUR! I still have not received that and that was over a month ago.I called them again April 18 at 9am this person told me that there was no request for a ***************** the offer has expired.This is not right to offer somebody a new phone call and talk on the phone for an hour. Why being sick to get told it would be sent?. Now they expect me to pay for a different phone because my initial phone they gave me is messing up.

      I cant express how disappointed I am with the service all around. Ive been in the phone with customer service literally every single day for two weeks for them to address an issue of their protection being added without my permission. Every single time they said its been canceled and removed only find out it hasnt. To make it worse they put a credit in with a promise of more credit due to discovering all my lines had additional unauthorized charges for the protection plan that was turned turn down. I look at my account again over the weekend hoping they have fixed it but instead added the protection plan again along with another service and still no credit has been honored as they promised. I have never seen so much shady business or mess as Ive seen with my account. Oh I almost forgot the credit that they promised me they put it as a charge.

      Assurance wireless has terrible custom service sent me a phone with volume issues then lied about replacement phone they recycle phones and all sorts people be calling you please do better having a senior citizen cut off for weeks still waiting for second replacement

      ******** is telling costumers that they are giving away free phones ! That is a LIE !! You have to take their service IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE CONTRACT OF THE SERVICE , THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ******* THAT CAN BE 200 DOLLARS or more . If you do not pay , then it is turned over to collections and goes on your credit

      Been a Customer for 22 years was told this morning I was allotted a 7-day grace ****** to pay my Bill notably because a customer of mine was slow pay, that was at 9:30 AM the associate told me no problem. I went to make a call at 11:30 AM service was interrupted, I called TMobile back, the person told me the Lady earlier lied to me and the 7-day Grace ****** was no good. If you are going to switch your phone service find somebody else cause this Company Scams their customers no matter how long you've been with them and to Boot the office supervisor hung the phone up on me.Very ************** Run away quickly! Buyer Beware!

      My mother's phone was stolen and the thief brought it many miles to this store. They successfully took control of her account and phone numbers associated to her account due to the negligence of the staff to verify basic identity (No ID check, ******** pin, etc). Not sure if the employees are part of the scam or if the criminals simply know that this store has incompetent staff. Beware!

      I ordered a phone from ******** in February. I sent the phone back February 28 I didnt end up needing the phone so I refused the package (buyers remorse) ! ******** received the phone March 2 at 9:59 AM. *** left it on the docks. There was an investigation thats closed now but I still dont have my refund. They are telling me they cant find the device they keep giving me the runaround they owe me like $400 plus Im still being charged for the phone bill. I called twice a week for over a month now and every time I get a different answer I talk to a supervisor April 2 and she said I would have my refund by April 10th. I never got it. It is not my problem. They cant find the phone. It was delivered to their warehouse. I just want my money back. This has been going on for almost 2 months now I literally dont know what else to do. Please help.

      On November 11, 2022, I changed my mobile phone plan. They told me to open one line and pay 160 yuan for the second line for free. But now my plan is wrong.I went back to the store and told them that I wanted them to fix the mistake,But they kept saying the manager was in a meeting and would call me. I waited for days but never heard back from the manager,I was very angry. If there was a problem, just solve it. Why didn't the manager reply
