I would give zero stars if I could After being a loyal Sprint customer for ********** without decent service at my home I switched to **** in November They kept charging my account auto pay. My wife switched her line around new years,At that time my line that I was paying for was supposed to be shut off. Beginning of April we discovered the line was still active and they were auto drafting my account still. Called and canceled auto pay, the line again and disputed the bill. Now I get a bill again for 135$ and have not used that phone since November. They tell me they will take off 50$ If I pay the remaining 85$ even tho I didnt use the service. I am not paying anything *********** was poor to none when I had it I would like to know how to take them to small claims Even if it costs me more than they want me to pay. Its now a principle thing. They shouldnt be able to charge me for nothing and charge against my credit. The guy said if you dont pay it by end of May then it will go to you credit report. Just because they are a big company doesnt mean they should be able to mess with my credit

Worst customer service ever. I transferred my line from **** to ******** after I was promised to get $650 in the form of a gift card. This happened last December and never heard back from them. They promised me that my bill won't exceed $250 a month and they billed me 289. I called and they informed me that they adjusted the bill permanently and I later found out that they will cancel one of the lines on the account. My mom's phone did not accept the ******** sem card and they advised me to upgrade her device for $13 a month. I went to the store to pick it up and they informed me that it is $32 among and not 14. I have been calling daily for the past 2 weeks and spending hours on the phoneand was never able to solve the issue. Ver disappointed and frustrated

I was a sprint customer for many years. Now they belong to ******** and the customers service is the WORST. In the last 24 hours I have literally spent 4 hours on hold, 45 minutes with an incompetent "specialist" who made me repeat all the self help steps I had been doing while on hold, and after seemingly having the problem finally fixed by a new person I now can't download any apps. I can't get ********** so I can't log into my email or do anything for work. Yes I am currently on hold. They said 20 minutes and it's been 50 with no end in sight. This is a S*** COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could.

******** is the worst internet provider in the entire universe. Computer does not work, TV does not work, I phone 13 pro *** does not work. Only One bar of signal. Exorbitant charges. Long hours on the phon. Nothing gets done. They never sent a technician to fix the problem. They kept saying the signal tower is being fixed for one month. They are so bad that they have to change names buying new companies. Probably the exec. get multi million dollar bonuses for running a lousy company. even BBB refuses to take complain for this company.

I spent three hours today trying to resolve an issue with Assurance Wireless. And guess what? It was never resolved. It was a simple problem / issue but I kept getting told to call this phone number and that phone number, only to be trapped in the same automated system. To Assurance, it may seem like it's a free phone to a customer, but I've been paying my taxes for years, and this company has been reaping the benefits to the point where it offers a "free" phone. The seemingly innocent customer reps were friendly, but they are unaware of how effed up this company treats its customers by trapping them in various phone numbers that lead to the same dang automated system. I dialed at least 4 different numbers, and all of them led me to ... ***************! Why does Assurance's *** address in ********(?) not match up with who I'm calling? The accents are so thick that I have to ask where they are from.

******** adopted the bad business practices of Sprint and continued the attempts of theft that they blame on miraculous system errors after you get through the playing dumb and attempts to get you to pay them more. They can hardly go a month with out s******* with my account and autopaying themselves 3x to 4x times what they should. Almost every time ************ back adjustments they subsequently billed me for it as if it were just loaning me back the money they stole. They also got hacked and gave out my bank info in which I was out $3500 for over a month in which time they turned off my service multiple times because I refused to pay them till I got it all back. For some reason I had to call them about every other day to get my phone back on like they couldn't make a note or even honor there own practice for extension attempting to charge that closed bank account for a random multiple of the current due bill. These are only a few examples of our past, but the final straw was turning off my phone on a Monday of my second week back to work after a couple months of being laid off. They knew by I stayed in touch with them that I needed till the end of week when I got paid to pay bill. I was a few weeks behind because of the trouble getting unemployment to start up and then I fell a few more weeks when I went back to work obviously due to the brief 2 week interruption in income. They refused to give me 2 more days extension with out me making the 1/2past due payment first. This obviously was out of the realm of possible within any logical means as they knew because they took every cent from my bank I had and I kept them informed of my situation. I have had there service for 3 years through all their "system errors", hacks, and suspicious business practices because in the end they always made good and returned to normal till now. I think they want me to end my grandfathered contract just like when they rearranged my lines&devices to remove all my discounts.

I am a customer with ********************** for ** years. I bought the new phone in the store. The phone was mailed to my house but there was a problem with activation. After a couple of days we have been told that we have to mailed the phone device back and the new device will be mailed to us. We had to pay again because the store could not get it exchanged. The new device came and was activated. The old phone was trade in to the Sprint. and there is a problem... all the discounts were applied to the device that was not working and had to be sent back to the Sprint. I spend many hours and many days with many different people, when finally I received my activations fee back (they were paid double). And now I fight with them for over a year because thy do not see a discount for trade in device. They applied a couple of times manually but there is no way to see it on the statement. This is ridicules. It was not our fault that the firs device was not working. There is no one in the company who can help us. They company workers leaving notes and nothing really happen. The stole my old device. They acknowledged that Sprint receive it but no trade in discount is applied to my device that I have right now. Please someone help. The Sprint own me more $700.00!!! They have all notes on the server and none is doing anything with it. I have spoke with many supervisors with no effect. This is so sad that they treat a very loyal customers this way. Can anyone help?
