      My bill was past due and my phone was disconnected. Fair enough. I understand that. The next day when I try and pay the bill online ( bc they charge you if you pay thru customer support) and I couldnt remember my password. Come to find out I was no longer able to login due to the past due bill. I ask to be send a copy of my bill before I pay my balance and I was told that I would be able to sign into my account and view my bill AFTER I pay my balance. They will not provide me with a bill before payment to them. They expect me to pay my bill without looking at my bill before hand. Ridiculous!

      Worst service ever I have dealt with this service for two years and the service is horrible. Money wasted and won't help you all they say is let me trouble shoot this ... Once I found away out this contract I'll be happy again should be ashamed of taking advantage of your customers.cause all they do is lie I have asked time and time again to speak to a manager my service is so bad when they call they sound like a robot. terrible service will never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      My experience was on May 12. The manager (*******) was completely rude. Shes quick to make a sale but when it comes down to work or answering questions, she sends customers directly to customer care. Youre a manager, do your job. Show leadership, teach your employees how things NEED to be handled not escalated. I was requesting a screen protector, because my insurance covers free screen protectors as long as I keep the insurance, and she told me I dont qualify. But Ive been qualifying for the last 3 years with it and all of a sudden I dont any more? I asked her to help me out, she flicked my phone at me that was on the table (MY PERSONAL ITEM) and said if I have any questions to call customer care. I told her youre a manager Can you help me? She kept saying no. I dont know where in her delusional mind did she think its okay to treat me like that in front of my girlfriend and daughter. I told her customer care is a 40 minute wait Im not gonna stay on the line for a screen protector that I know I qualify for. Can you call and help me. She finally budged, passed me on to another rep, and they said I dont qualify. After all that commotion. Theyre quick to make a sale but when it comes down to actually helping a customer, youre pretty much screwed. So i left the store. Moving forward, May 17. I decided to call customer care out of curiosity for my screen protector and the lady said I DID QUALIFY! The manager lied to me and treated me so poorly. Immediate action needs to be taken place because this type of service is not acceptable ESPECIALLY for a corporate store.

      This company is the worst I have dealt with. I signed up with T-***** for their service with two phones, spent a few hours in there because the young man was being trained and the trained had this nasty attitude! wouldn't answer his questions. I cancelled the service three days later and that is when my nightmare started. In order to return the phones I needed a label which no one seemed to be able to provide. I went to the store and of course with their nasty attitude were not able to provide the label and was told to call T-*****e's customer service, and of course they were not able to provide any assistance and sent me back to the store. Not only did they NOT help and after the account being cancelled for over a moth they had the nerve of taking a payment from my account and till this day I have not seen a *****. After going back and forth for over a month I finally got someone who was able to email me the labels and I was able to return the phones, I called them back two weeks later and I was informed that they had received the phones and was given a confirmation number, but to my dismay I started receiving a bill $516.07 for the phones . This is when my nightmare started all over AGAIN!!! every time I made a call I was told the same thing "WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT" NO WORIIES finally I received a letter from a ***************** which I called and disputed it after being on the phone with them for over an hour. I don't understand, they took the phones back and I'm being charged for them??? I received a letter from the collection company advising that my dispute was receive they determined I still owe them $516.07 How can these companies do this to hard working people??? By the way, I was forced to rate them and had to give them 1 star. I want to make it clear I was not going to give them ANYTHING they do not deserve it but I also wanted to make people aware of T-*****

      I was a costumer with Sprint since **** when T-M took over. ******** is hands down the worst company ever!!! The customer service is horrendous and their coverage is awful! ******** insisted I trade my phone in for an iPhone 11 to get 5G service and never issued a credit for my old device. This dispute carried on for about a year. The issue was never resolved so I switched carriers. Its just horrible that ******** was able to take what was a great cellular company and destroy it!!! I would never recommend ******** to anybody even if it was the only option!!

      I decided to leave to another cell phone company. Yet, two months with new phone company. Sprint is still billing me as if I'm still with them plus late fees. I called to speak with a supervisor and the representative refused to let me speak with one.

      Signed up for ******** and purchased 2 new phones. Upon signing up I requested to not have insurance since I have a 3rd party insurance but they signed me up against my distinct request. Have been unable to remove the insurance premium and no refund has been provided. I switched phone providers and continue to be charged. Their customer service stated that they could provide a refund but that I would still be liable for the bill and if unpaid would be sent to collections. I highly advise to do business elsewhere and that this company is scamming people. I have spent hours upon hours speaking to their customer service with absolutely no resolve. Unethical sales practices and misleading terms benefit this company greatly.

      Worse ever I had cancel 1 extra line I had and called but never got cancel and they kept charging me for the line I Cancel. I called and they charge to cancel both times I had cancel and not only that they wanted me to change my phone package to a different high price than what I have . I will not recommend ******** to any one costumer service is the worst service any can get . I was asked where was the device I was calling to cancel. My phone were bought paid full price for them to tell me to send it back. Wow really when my phones were not bought with ******** but at the Apple Store . SMH I didnt get a refund or nothing for the mistake they made plus they said there was no record of me canceling the line but I sure did had my conversation dated and the name of the person who supposedly cancel the line. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Do not do any business with Sprint or ********* Sprint robbed me of over ****** dollars. When attempting to get a refund I was lied to several times. Calling customer service is the most painful task anyone can do in a day. Every time you call, you have to start your story all over again and the hold times are astronomical. Are they not taking notes about the 30 times I have had to call call? Several months have passed and still not resolved. With a company this large, you think they would be obligated to refund their customers with money that was wrongfully charged/billed. After months of calling and getting transferred from one customer service rep to another, I have been left with nothing but wasted time and a bank account that is short over ******. They have even admitted their mistake in overcharging me but still no resolution. Please don't waste your time and money. If there are any issues you will be promised everything but you most likely will be left with frustration and regrets. I have always been friendly and kind and have always paid my bill on time for years. You think that would matter, but they would rather lose a customer than resolve their wrong doing. What a shame. I have not given, I am looking for help from outside sources. Any ideas on what to do in making a formal complaint or investigation?

      Worst phone company ever! If I could give it negative stars I would! I received my phone then followed the directions to "activate" my phone. Wasn't working so I called them and they said no no you're good and you don't need the sim card. So later my phone says you no longer qualify and you have to re apply. I tried and it said I had an application in the system. I was sent another phone which was pointless and the lady I feel like didn't understand my issue nor resolved it told me to call this number which was automated and you could't even speak to a real person! It just hangs up on you like oh not our fault basically! Overall, would NOT recommend at all.
