If I could give this zero stars I would. Ive been a sprint customer for over 10 years with no issues. My family even longer. I decided to cancel my line because I am traveling out of the country for over 6 months now. I called in and even went in person to cancel my line and the phone I had already owed. I was told I would have to pay an early cancellation fee which was totally okay. But come to find out my service never got cancelled and they sent a letter to my old address claiming I owe over $600. This is unprofessional and not okay. I will take legal action if this does not get resolved.

Got T-*****e while I lived in **, but when I moved to MI the phone service did not work to the area I moved to. I paid the phone off so I could cancel the service and requested the to unlock the phone. Fast forward 3 years later and when I went to put new service on the phone with a different company, I found out the phone was still locked to T-M****e. I called to get it unlocked, they said it will be done in 24 hours. 3 days later it was still not unlocked. I go to an actual store and they tell me its been too long and I have to call customer service, so I did. I just happened to talk to the same girl I did that previous Friday. She tells me she cant find my account and can not unlock my phone and I have to go into a store so they can verify I am who I say I am. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he tells me he can unlock my phone but he wont do it. ******** is a joke and a scam, I had to pay for prepaid service just to have it for 40 days so they will attempt to unlock it. It is a little ridiculous that ******** treats people like this. They can clearly see from the **** number who the phone belongs to and should have unlocked it, but the supervisor was being hostile and ignorant about the whole issue.

Unhappy with Sprint overall. I reached out multiple times to the customer service to have my phone unlocked. They kept saying they had but they hadn't unlocked the phone due to which I had to pay extra money to a third party to get the phone unlocked. They were not at all helpful and wasted months of my time, money and energy. I wouldn't recommend them as their customer service is bad.

I accepted an offer from Sprint to buy a new ZFlip phone with a $1000.00 credit for the return of my previous phone. The credit would be applied monthIy for 24 months in the amount of $44.17. I accepted the offer at the end of August, early September of 2022. Since October of 2022, I have had to call Sprint now TMobile to have the credit applied. Today I received a call from ******** stating the phone I returned arrived damaged. I returned the phone, intact, in their packaging, in late September 2022. I have spoken to countless representatives and their supervisors for 7 months and not one person ever said that the return phone was damaged. They simply applied the $44.17 credit to my account. ******** is now offering me a one time credit of $200.00. The $200.00 plus the credits I have already received would make the total credit applied, a total of $500.00, as opposed to the $1000.00 that I was originally promised. They assumed that any damaged to the phone was caused by me. The phone I sent was intact. They could not describe the damaged nor tell me how long the phone was in their warehouse before it was inspected. I had been with Sprint since for about 15 years. I have never not made a payment or had payment returned. My payments are automatically deducted. I feel that I did everything they told me to do, but they have found convenient way to not honor their agreement.

I have been with Sprint/T-Mobile for over 20yrs. I have been paying for insurance on my devices for over 10 yrs without having filed a claim until now. It has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Sprint/T-Mobile send you to Assurant for warranty claims and when you contact them, you have to go through numerous automation steps just to get started, but if you get one single thing wrong then you are screwed and have to start all over from the very beginning. Similarly, when you attempt to get help from Sprint/T-mobile they are worthless and do absolutely nothing to help you. It seems as if the employees only help when it comes to upgrading you, so you pay more money, and they will help you if you are a new customer. They couldn't care any less that you have been a customer for decades..... you simply are viewed as an inconvenience and send you off to their repair facility and/or have you call their warranty department. As soon as I get my phone fixed, I am dropping sprint/T-mobile. They are the absolute worst when it comes to helping their customers.

They never applied the credit told me in a chat it was taken care of. ******** took over and raised my prices and will not honor the trade in promotion. Called and worst customer service did not even try to keep me as a customer.

My name is *********************, On 5/3/23 I paid my bill to Sprint of $119.34 and Sprint took the payment twice totaling $238.68 causing my bank account to overdraft. I have talked to *** at Sprint on 06/03/23 she informed me that Sprint was justified by taking a double payment because I was a payment behind even though I only made one payment on said date, I also spoke with ******* at Sprint on 06/03/23 and he read ***** notes and repeated the same thing. However I disagree, if a customer makes a payment for $119.34 that is what should have been paid from the account because that's what the customer agreed too pay at that time,it should be illegal for a company to take more than what was paid and keep it at will.I want Sprint to refund what was unlawfully removed from my account without my consent on 06/03/23.Also I am no longer a Sprint customer.

After 8+ years of being a customer. I was charged for calls made to *****. In which we didn't make. So instead of taking the charges off my bill they canceled my service altogether. I have never in over 8 years called that country ever. I'm not paying close to ****** for phone calls I didn't make.
