      On what planet do you live on that you can't purchase a new phone and not be given a receipt??! Customer beware!I work as a social worker at a nursing home no less looking after the elderly. There was a mishap by a staff with her cell phone and she didn't qualify for a free phone yet so we were allowed to use the company pay card to order her a new phone. During ordering I explained I needed a receipt for our records and was told no problem. We'll it's been a big problem I have tried 3 times to get a receipt I even asked for a manager and I'm told they can't provide me one for the purchase. I've gone through the residents text messages and email nothing! How can something so simple be handled in such poor customer service? Never again will I purchase a phone from this company.

      I had the WORST experience with an agent NOT COMPLYING TO THE PROMISES MADE!! I experienced a SUPERVISOR who refused to assist and try and resolve the matter as promised, supervisor refused to follow up on agent contact and rudely hung up the phone when asked for a higher superior!! This is a HORRIBLE MOBILE SERVICE and I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM!

      After 21 calls with customer service for 6 hrs 18 mins ******** has not been able to provide me with a ******** ID and give me access to my account information or to subscribe to web services (like ******** Amazon Prime). They have been promising access with every contact and that they would not charge me due to the lack of service. They charged me anyway. This is their 5G Home Internet plan.

      They are the absolute most awful company I have ever used. Sprint had problems but they were not complete idiots like ********* All this company cares about is money. They are liars and they hate their costumers. So sick of them. Ugh

      T ***** in ************* ****. 0- stars. Ok here we go brought back wireless internet box changing carriers. Employee ***** Ill call him chubby ***** if yo see him you will know . Very bright chap sporting the rainbow colors , nothing wrong with that. ***** missed a meal in quite sometime. So placed box on counter ***************** shouted you need to mail that back, no chubby ***** you take back. T-***** on sign in front. Ok his response ( get that fu. *** box off my counter. ) no one else in store but I wouldnt write this if it didnt happen. If I had a hamburger with box he may have changed his song. So he repeated it a second time take that fu..ing box off his counter. Im 65 yes old and this chubby character talks to a senior citizen like that. I wanted to roll him out the door to teach him a ******* Called corporate filed complaint called ******* police let them no how chubby ****** potty mouth was.so Im done with t ***** and I still need to take back another internet box back when my other carrier Box comes. Cant wait for that next episode. So this just happened 6/12/23. I think I will go to wallmart and get some chicken wings and bring him(*****************) a half dozen may be a dozen Ill get the colorful ones. So my friends if you have to go in there take a treat with you. ******************* ************. Bringing other box back week of 6/17/23.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. My family and I have been Sprint customers for over 10 years and we never had any issues. Once they switched over to ******** everything went down hill. The service is straight GARBAGE the **************** is even worse. They do not give a c*** about their customers. We will be cancelling our services and going with a different provider. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TMOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST.

      This company took a large amount out my account when I'm no longer with this company after one month. I called the company this morning and their saying I was charged for $262.41 . I was only with this company for a month before I switched to another company

      the service is horrible we have phones and service and we always have no signal on our phones and customer service wont do anything to help you I will never go back for service or phones through them again

      We have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years. ********************** has been merging over to ******** for over a year now. My husbands phone stopped working and he went to ******** and they said he would need to take it to Apple to get it fixed. Apple is saying it will be $400 to fix. He wanted to purchase a new phone but then the Apple rep said the purchase could not be made because we could not access the Sprint/******** account because the account had not been merged yet. We went to ******** and they said it would take several days and now after calling again they say it will be 2-3 weeks before we can make any changes or purchases on the account! Husband is without a phone and we are paying for the service. Just really doesnt make much sense that Sprint and ******** are still making a merge for over a year now!!! ******** ***** and is nothing like Sprint was!! Time to change carriers!!

      Mal servicio venden con engaos te dicen que comprando diferentes equipos vas a bajar tus facturas y es peor te suben las facturas sin avisarte y cuando preguntas te dicen que ellos te hablan claro cuando nunca lo hacen y por ms que preguntas tanto en linea como en tienda te mienten hasta que generan la factura es que te das cuenta como te estafan te *** precios diferentes es la peor compaia
