Tried cancelling in November (phone is lost was not gonna replace it ) was told The line that I had did not qualify for cancellation where his exact words. He said I just had to go online and cancel my EFT. Well, I cant login because they wont let me put a password in. I just want to text me a code again. I dont have access to the phone. Fast forward today she said *** cant be canceled on my line while she was canceling my line so I literally got two different things told to me and they took my last $58 refused to give it back. Electronically Drafted money from my checking account, after the debit card had been cancelled, without my permission. She proceeded to cancel it effective the first of the month when I said I wanted service canceled today. Two people told me today they could not refund my money. Though not a stitch of data, text, phone nothing had been used by us since November. FURTHERMORE when I said *** can you tell me why I was told two different things I dont care about the refund any he continued talking over me and disconnected the call.

I can even give them one star!!!! I was given false information and given an additional line on my account that I did not ask for. The buyers remorse that I was promised isn't being credited properly because they are not an "authorized store". I have been spun around from 1pm on 12/31/24 till currently 7pm on 1/1/25. The store I purchased at told me to go to the corporate store and that store and customer service *** on the phone told me that is the worst store to purchase from. The extra line they gave me is linked to a galaxy phone that I don't even own. I get no service on my way to work or at work causing me to get lost and miss important messages. When I called regarding coverage the TMobile *** said oh that's too bad but there is nothing we can do. He told me that I should have checked that out prior. I am out $***** dollars because I was told I can get **************** to pay off what I owe with my old carrier. Well since I am returning the phones I am not eligible for that. So I can not even return to the company I came from without *****. Now I have to get a whole new carrier and spend another $300 on phone activation!!! DO NOT CHOOSE T-MOBILE!!!! I still don't have any resolution other than return my phones and pay $140 to restock them and only get $150.00 back from what i paid on the phones.

Incompetent, time wasting, ignorant customer service. To summarize, they have been telling my mother that something was wrong with her IPhone 8, but the problem was on their backend. It took my mother 3 months talking to different agents for them to figure it ******, my mother stopped having cellular data on her phone. She could only use it with Wi-Fi. She brought it to the ***** location and then twice to the ******** location. Everywhere, she was told that she has to change her phone. Finally, she decided to switch to iPhone 14. At the ******** location, ****** was helping her. First of all, when they were figuring out how much she would pay per month, ****** forgot to mention that there is a $35 upgrade fee. Art, the manager, later told us that everyone knows that. Ok, whatever. After my mother switched the phone, we were making sure that everything was copied ok. The new phone was on Wi-Fi. Thank God, my mother realized that she has to turn off Wi-Fi to see that there is cellular data. The data was not there. So ****** realized that she has to do some work instead of giving go away messages and called their tech support. Turns out the issue was on their end.We asked whether the old iPhone 8 would work now. Of course, ****** did not know. She started doing a refund and copying back data to the old phone. Yes, the old phone was working now. ******, presented as how great T-Mobile was able to resolve the issue. We have spend 3 hours there not to mention all the time my mother has wasted before. We asked to speak with the supervisor, and Art came to us. He was as little help as ****** though trying to overwhelm us with details that made no sense. He gave my mother $50 for her trouble. To Art, that was good enough.Avoid T-Mobile. There are plenty of other vendors that are cheaper like *********** with better customer service like **** or *******. They are bored at ********, they don't care about existing customers.

**************** inside the stores is great, but I'******* clear of the company. Sales associates were happy enough to replace my phone when the battery kept overheating so much for two of the phones of the same *******. But, why didn't T-Mobile take those off the shelves and why weren't they uptodate with recalls? Years later, I go to save money and try to cancel my line. They promised it automatically cancels after switching lines but I was charged unknowingly for months and finally, collections notifies me around the holidays. This company is sick. It was better before it merged with Sprint. We only switched to it because we took Sprint to court.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with ****s handling of a recent internet outage, which has severely impacted my ability to run two businesses from my home. The outage began on November 26, 2024, reportedly due to vandalism, and has yet to be resolved. Despite affecting only 72 households within a 9-block radius, this prolonged delay has caused significant financial and operational harm to my businesses and personal hardship.I rely on ****s 1Gb high-speed internet service for critical business operations, including meeting deadlines, processing transactions, and communicating with clients. This outage, especially during Thanksgiving week, has jeopardized multiple projects, resulting in financial losses exceeding $10,000. The personal and professional stress caused by this disruption has been overwhelming, leaving me unable to meet obligations. The $30.75 compensation offered by ******* *. in ******** was not only grossly inadequate but felt like an insult. This trivial offer in response to such substantial harm is unacceptable. The stakes for my businesses are too high to be dismissed with such minimal acknowledgment. While I understand that vandalism caused the outage, ***** as one of the wealthiest companies in the world, should have contingency plans to mitigate such situations. The labor delays cited due to the holiday week only further highlight a lack of preparedness. A disruption affecting only 72 households should not require over 10 days to resolve. In an era where connectivity is vital, this failure is deeply troubling.I urge **** to take immediate action.

I ordered an iPhone from this store in December 2023, and it has been a complete scam. The phone was never delivered, yet they continue to charge me. I repeatedly contacted the store, but the managerwho was pregnant at the timedid absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Her dismissive attitude made it clear she didnt care about the situation at all. I only ordered to be delivered because they didnt had the color available at the store. This is a total fraud. Do not trust this store or order phones for home delivery. Save yourself the frustration and scams. Thats affecting my mental health.

I traded in my galaxy flip 3 phone and asked for a phone that didn't require additional payment. She asked me what phone I was looking at, I said the ****** pixel 9, which is the worst phone I have ever had, well it is ****** so I should have known. Days later I checked my account and found that I owed $750. I spoke to **** at ********'s customer service, I'm not sure if she's real or AI as she came out with every cliche in the customer service handbook. She told me that ********* couldn't give a new phone for free. So why was I told that I could. I feel that I have been scammed. Also my phone is locked and I cannot leave ******** until 40 days have passed since I got the phone and I pay the $750. I am going to pay just so I can get shot of ********* it'll be worth it. I will never have anything to do with ******** ever again. Not only that their coverage is c***
