      1 enter the ********** location back in May of this year. I asked the sale person is there was any special on new phones he quoted me a special with the S23 ******* phone come with1 a tablet and a watch.and my bill will only go up about ***** dollars. I paid had to pay ****** which I was told was the taxes and fees. When I received my 3rd bill my bill had went up from ****** to 302.i call tmobile and a rep adjusted my bill she stated that I am been charge for the tablet. I explain to her that i wasn't told that there is a service charge for the equipment. I spoke with a supervisor she stated that I agreed to paid for the services. I explain to she the sale person told me I was signing for him to release the tablet and the watch to me .not regreeding to pay for the service of the equipment. I have been a tmobile member since 2009. I ask if I can return the tablet and watch she stated I would have to keep it or pay it off. I gave her the sale person name who had adjusted my bill in July. She told me my bill will be ****** per months she said I was being charge for the equipment so she removed that charge the next month it was back up to ******. I don't understand why one sale person can adjust the bill but no one else can..

      The worst company with the crappiest service. One person says one thing and the next says no I left ******** as I am in sales I missed out on who knows how many calls because I did not have any service literally anywhere. Dropping calls left and right . They charge my account I had not used in a month! Then I get them to refund it and they were supposed to refund the month before well they gave me 171 back then they said it was denied no one called to even tell me that , so here I am thinking everything is fine and turns out I OWE THEM after I had already paid them once and they refunded it! Never get ******** its a freaking nightmare

      I was part of Sprint and I leased 2 iPhones in 2019. When TMobile bought out Sprint, TMobile failed to tell us when the phones were paid off. We went 2 years without TMobile telling us weve been paying an extra $96 per month for that long. After I finally called and asked them to make it right, and they refused. Thats very bad business by TMobile. They claimed that they didnt know, but I do not buy that one bit.

      I've been a customer since 2014 and I think her sales people give false advertisement I've had a issue since October 2022 have called and chat with up is five reps a day every month since October 2022 up till this month is going to be Sept ********************************************************************************************* cheat to get business I had the first problem that I should have knew it was not good when I first bought the ******* ultra 22 and it come in and it had stuff already on it that didn't supposed to be on it and then when I confronted him about it the next time I looked at my account it was wiped out on their account but I still had photos of my account prior to calling them. So I've had nothing but problems out of Sprint and ******** for almost The last two years and they keep telling me that he resolved this issue every month I guess to make me happy and then it's the same thing this month and it's been going on since October 2022 I recommend nobody buy anything or have service from and with ********

      I've been with Sprint for almost 20 years and just had the worst experience dealing with ********* I was offered a promotion in the store for a free phone with the addition of a line.....first bill came and I was charged full price for the phone and the addition line. To make matters worse I was upgrading a second phone on the account and it turns out they added a new line for that phone as well, which doubled my bill. After several calls and hours on the phone I still don't have a solution that would bring me relatively close to where my bill has been for years. Word of caution DO NOT TRUST THE IN STORE PROMOTIONS

      ******** on 23rd in ********************* informed me when making a payment in person they will charge an additional $5 to your payment. When asked what the charge is for, I've been told different reasons. First, was told they are moving toward digital payments and there are other ways to make a payment so they are trying to encourage people to use those. Secondly, was told today that they are trying to reduce foot traffic in the store that isn't there to purchase phones or accessories. This charging money to make a payment in person is a PREDATORY practice !!!

      Assurance wireless. Is a joke ive been with them 6 yrs. Due to being on ******** all kinds health issues get goverment phone i use it daily to speak to my drs either talk or email im disabled my phone was deactivated 17 days ago eveey since then ive spoken to assurance wireless over 20 xs they all diffrent excuses say my new phone be at my house within 10 buissness days well been ************************************************************************************************************************ touch with alllll my drs and neex incaze of emergency...but they keep giving run around and cant understand english nor can you understand them.this has gone on long enough something needs to be done ive spent ovee 30hours on the phone with them past 17days to try get answers they are a joke and unprofessional and very low customer survice..... . I could have heart attack no way contact no one i got no family have to get in wheelxhair to go 2miles down road to neighbors to see if there to use phone its crazy

These people lied to you you cant get through the customer service line they hang up on you theyre ignorant! What the f*** is going on here is this how we do business in ******* are you kidding me!

      Zero stars. The worst. Been a customer for at least 6 years now. Customer representatives outright lie. I will now call it a complete and absolute scam. I have been trying to get a replacement phone for over a year. Every time I get different information as to what I need to do to get a new phone - either pay ****, it is free, pay *****, pay 2****, cancel your account and get a new account with the same number, and so on. I have done ALL of these (except cancel my account,) have money on my account, have be told each time that the phone is being sent, and yet, no phone received. I call back and am told either no record of previous call, previous person "lied, and I need to pay more," my payment method wouldn't go through and I need to do it online, and so on and no matter what I do, again, "you will have your phone in 5-7 business days, your account will be credited, you will receive a free phone," and nothing happens. I get nothing. No new phone has arrived in the 5+ times I have been told it will arrive in 5-7 business days. I cannot get a new phone from them. My current one is severely cracked, isn't charging consistently, shuts down - I just need a replacement phone. Help.

      ******** offered me to switch to their service with an agreed rate. When I switched over the rate that was offered to me they are not honoring that price. They lied about the rate and customer service was terrible. I regret switching over. Buyer beware!
