I cant believe what this company has put me through. Ive been a long time user of ****************** and ever since ******** took over Ive experienced service issues. I added a phone line & rather than get a discount they made me pay two activation fees, made me go 2 days without any service on one of the phones, & lied about giving me credits for the inconvenience. Now ** currently stuck with my wifes phone not being able to connect to any type of internet. Whatever ********s technical support team did, it rendered my pregnant wife unable to use her phone for over almost a month.

When upgrading 4 line July 4th, 2023, I was promised 4 new phones @ no charge and a monthly bill of $170, ********** included. My first two bills have been over $300. After trying to resolve the issue, I'm left with a bill over $200 per month. Actually they can't tell me what it will be moving forward. Unfortunately, the phone promotion ties me to ******** for two years. So I will be reminded of the deception for some time now.

After almost 12 years with assurance I just had to pay for a replacement phone. I received a Shock SV55 which won't let me download the same apps I've always had. I was told that we are supposed to receive a replacement as good as or better than the one we are replacing. I did not and now their solution is for me to buy a replacement phone from their store starting at $100. This is a government program turned scam.

Concerning ASSURANCE WIRELESS:In June 2023, I paid $32.86 for a replacement phone. The Schok phone they sent was worse!! I returned it and asked for a different phone. No phone arrived. Even though, I was told to expect a phone in 3-5 or 5-7 business days.I then asked for a refund of $32.86. That didn't come either. Again, I was told that I would receive a refund in my bank account. Then, I was told that the shipping fee is "non-refundable"!I told them that I want a new phone or my refund. Then, they told me that I had to pay another $20.00 in shipping fees!!!I have written them a letter that includes the case # of certain times I called them. As of this date, August 17, 2023, I have not heard from them and still do not have a new phone or a refund!!! Please STAY AWAY from Assurance Wireless!!! Poor **************** & corrupt business practices!!!

They lie and overcharge. I was told we can have free upgrades FREE would not change our bill. Well they are charging us. We have tried to resolve the issue several times and they say they'll take care of it and they don't. We were offered free trades from my daughters' iPhone 7s to iPhone 13s and they're charging us for them. They said this will not affect our bill of 160 and for a year they charged us 394 dollars. We got it lowered to 209 dollars. It's still not what they told us. Our bill should be 160 dollars.. it's been a year of trouble with them.

Assurance Wireless (subsidiary of ********* They are stating in their ********************* internet (after 35GB it's prioritized)10GB hotspot Here's what they do:After 35GB it's not prioritized, it's throttled to a fraction of 56k speeds, in affect, not unlimited internet.10GB hotspot, not so much, they are blocking TCP/IP port 443 and many others making many web sites https:// in accessible also they are almost totally blocking UDP/IP Assurance Wireless will not answer to FCC complaints, they instead pass it to the parent company which states they do not handle Assurance Wireless complaints.Assurance Wireless makes no attempt to resolve the problems at all!

******** ***** I have been trying to get a return shipping label from customer service with no avail. Jumped through many hoops answered many questions supplied more than enough information on( required forms) and still nothing. The service has been terrible since the day I started stayed with them because I bought phones from them. I have tried for many weeks now to get a shipping label and customer support to send me one to return equipment because we do not have a store in our town.

Worst company to deal with. All started in November when I had mino technical issues with one of the phones on my account ( one plus 8) . Repair agent ******* was 'unable' to assist with the issue and just wanted to upsell and offered upgrade to iPhone 14 pro. The terms were to return the old phone and I would get iPhone 14 pro and 800$ credit once they get the old phone. She stated my bill will only increase by $8.33 and this was special deal for long time customers with good credit. I refused the deal because I had a spare iPhone 11pro in perfect condition. The same agent kept calling me and after 3-4 calls she also offered to upgrade another phone from my account for 800$ off if we traded the eligible iPhone 11. She even asked me to trade my pixel 6pronand get a 1000$ credit and upgrade to another iPhone 14 pro which I refused because I am not a fan of iPhones. I verified with the agent more than 5 times about my future bill and she assured that my bill will only go up for $16.66 for 24 months. The agent sent me consent via text that had nothing about the trade in but she assured me that the trade in doesn't show on the consent. She also stated that she will call me in a week or two and if I got the phones she will activate the lines and void the 30$ per line activation fee. And that was the last time I e heard from her. I spent over 20 hours on the phone since and got nothing back. Agents make promises while I am on the phone and never follow up with the promises. Spoke with numerous supervisors and called the corporate number couple of times. All I want is what was promised, nothing more. Some agents even told me that I need to upgrade my plan to get the credit but that wasn't what I agreed for. I asked them to return my 2 phones and give me my money back that I paid so far and I'll be happy with my old phones. TMobile is the worst company I've ever dealt, I am disgusted of a thought that I have to speak with them again!
