      I was a Sprint customer for decades. The last plan I had with them years ago, I paid off my balance and was then the owner of my iPhone 8 plus. Recently, I'm in a situation where I need to use thr phone with a different provider only to find out Sprint never unlocked my phone. I contacted Tmobile for assistance only to be told to contact Sprint. I had to remind thr representative that Sprint is now a part of Tmobile. Then I was given a telephone number and link that did not work or help me with my issue. I'm now at lost as to how to get assistance with this issue since Tmobile doesn't seem to know how to help me. My phone was paid off with Sprint and should've been unlocked after I paid for the phone. Now I'm stuck with a functional phone that I can't get service for. So I feel lied to and ripped off. I need assistance with this situation and can't seem to get it.

      We had been loyal customers with Sprint for over 22 years. When T-***** bought them out, our prices seemingly increased monthly, and after 4 months of dealing with T-*****, we were paying almost 250$ per month for 2 phones, an increase of roughly ***** more every month, 40$ more after 4 months. We decided to take advantage of an offer through ******* wireless, along with my adult son and daughter in law. 4 unlimited lines for under 200$ per month. After attempting to cancel our phone service with t-*****, no binding contract, my wife informed me that they would not cancel it because i had to call being the primary on the phone bill. We were surprised because my wife handles all our finances. After calling several times, i was told my wife was the primary, that she had to call in. When we called in together, they insisted the pin# was not valid, and suggested going to our local t-***** office. We did, they told us we needed to call in. Called in again, they told us we absolutely had to go through our local store. We called the store and explained that we were completely frustrated and that we were told that they absolutely have to cancel our phones, they hung up on us, told us it wasnt their problem. We continued to pay our bill for 3 months, not knowing what to do. After several more unsuccessful calls, hrs on the phone with t-*****, we finally stopped paying them for 2 months. 5 months after this began, we got a letter with a bill for 400$ and were told that it would be sent to collections and that our lines were cancelled. We both have top tier credit, so of course we paid it, still unsure if our lines will stay cancelled or be re-activated, they could not tell us for sure. So, now we wait to see if we get more bills from them. In 22years with sprint, we were never late paying our bill. t-*****e is by far the worst company i have dealt with in my 52 years and there should be a class action lawsuit against them as this is a well know problem!!!

      I wish Sprint was never bought by ********* They are the most crooked scam cell service there is. They do not honor agreements and the stores themselves the employees lie about contracts and service. Wait times are ridiculous if you need anything done for service or Tech support. I suggest not doing business with them. They should be shut down. Most terrible experience ever. Chat is no good, customer service by phone is not good, and even chat is terrible.

      ******** are a bunch of crooks! I've been with them for over 4 years paid everything on time and had a pretty decent relationship with them. After I paid off my Stylo 6 phone someone at ******** suggested I come in and look at the new phones can I return it and they said if you return it within 14 days they'll be no repercussions. Well, I got it home and I did not like the phone at all I So within the ***************************************************************** ****** Plaza, ***********. I handed the phone to a sales girl there her name was "*****" ?she had a cute smile and took the phone and I said thanks And I walked out the store The manager there at was totally rude obnoxious and in love with himself. After they charged me $10 for a second device. I told them time and time and time again I do not have a second device I return the phone and if you check their computers they will see there is virtually no action on that telephone. Each month they continued the $10.Even so I did contact ******** told them that I never received or kept a second phone and they were totally apologetic said they would take care of it immediately I've talked to maybe five or six customer relations also the store manager.. and they still did not credit my account I paid that phone almost 12 months and I consider that ******** owes me at a minimum $120 for paying for a phone that I DID NOT HAVE PIL was promised so many times to get the credit but I never got it despite calling time and time again and speaking to very promissory sales people who assured me that they would credit this account well they never did. I told them that I was going to leave their company and eventually I did. So I changed the service I had my phone disconnected, they kept sending me **** after **** after **** and I kept telling them that I didn't have this phone and they should credit my account. Then all of a sudden a week or so ago I get a bill from them for $318. I AM an attorney!!! I will ****

      I bought a phone to my brother who had an accident years ago and he is quadriplegic, due to that accident thats the only way that he can communicate with us, in case of an emergency. I pay it in advance in order to my brother can have his phone, I call to give me instructions to free the iPhone but the instructions where not ok I call again but now they are asking for 3 things and the only one that I do not have is security cause now I am supposed to have the phone connected to a line for 40 days, nobody told me this because from the beginning I told me that that is going to be to my brothers and the 3 things that they are asking which 2 of them are ok with me when I bought the phone no one say that requirements to free the phone. Please I need this situation to be resolve, because my brother needs his phone and was paid already.

      The worst service Ive ever had. Was lied to about a free phone and also told my bill would be around $50 and they charge me over $100 every month. Dont go through any store fronts they all lie

      Was lied to by one ********* was under warranty then told I could get for free without paying for shipping if wait for a letter. Waited. No phone. Called in. Explained what happened before and asked to speak to manager. Was supposedly put on with a manager who said he would send out nee phone in apology for issue. Waited. No phone. These people are liars and un trustworthy preying upon low income Americans for kicks.

      After 10 years of being a client to ********* as they keep raising my bill, 4, phones, I was almost at $300 so I decided to go shopping for a different provider which I was able to get what I needed. ******** provided me with a cell phone return instructions that I needed to do within 30 days. I dropped off my system just a few days after they sent the label a month later not only did they take $138 they decided to take a $301 out of my bank account. When I called them, they say they couldnt help me because they needed a code from me that I set again 10 years ago and they were not able to help me.

      Was grandfathered into a Sprint plan a long time ago. So was curious and went to the ******, **. location in June of 2023 inquiring about a 2nd line. My usual bill for a couple of years always stayed at $120 always. The sales boy ***** said an extra line with a very basic phone the ****** Pixel 7 would be an additional $40 to $45 a month. I thought about it and came back a week later and said okay. The kid started the process and when he contacted corporate to do this in the store they had all kinds of problems adding the line on for what he quoted but he kept reassuring me he'd fix it. He finally got managers approval and then said if the bill is more than 170 next month to let them know. It was. It was $307 so I called them and the manager changed it back to $163 and said if it goes over again next month to call them back to fix it again. Well.....now the store is out of business and I can't find that manager and calling corporate doesn't help because they just sit there and deny everything. Might be getting ready to cancel everything. I knew ******** was a scam company when I was still with Sprint years before I was forced to switch. They just proved they are. Shameful humans!!

      Have had connectivity issues since Sprint became ********* Lack service, missing voice messages for days or the prior week, unable to connect to laptop or printer as I had before with several phones and service providers. Just had my Sim card replaced today and still can't connect to laptop or printer for my business or the 501c I volunteer for helping veterans and elderly. I believe I should be compensated for a lack of the services I've been paying for for the last couple years that continues to diminish. Unable to complete on-line classes and lost money due to these issues and poor service.
