They expect me to ay another $20 on a phone. I sent the first $20 to get a defective product and they won't ship me out another one until I send another $20. They scamming money on us old folks instead of just sending a phone to make up for the inconveniences of the defective phone they sent to me

I was a Sprint customer for 20 years, and as soon as we got changed from Sprint to ********* the bill went from $260 to $400, and no phone promotions got transferred, so we had a hefty price to close the account to get transferred to ******** Every time I called ********* my phone conversation would get disconnected. Firing a phone company after 20 years was a sad day.

We finally bought our way out of our service with TMobile. We were long time customers, 20+ years, but over time the service completely degraded while charged increased. We paid our way out, at great cost 7/2/23, and we thought we were finally done with them. But, we received a bill for $340 on 10/25/23, 3 1/2 months later, for equipment we supposedly received 9 YEARS AGO! They said we would be taken to collections, which would hit our credit, if we didnt pay. They could not say if this equipment, a cell spot enhancer, was ever activated, and did not provide an actual signature as proof of receipt. The threat was maintained about ruining our credit if we did not pay. We were on the phone with them for over an hour, then they said we had to go to a physical location to resolve dispute because the account WAS NO LONGER ACTIVE. It was there they continued the extortion saying TMobile would take us to collections and ruin our credit over 9 year old equipment they didnt mention when we closed the account or ever listed on any of our previous bills. This company is beyond crooked and we are hoping they will finally leave us alone.

******** Is a horrible providerI wasted 2 days on the phone with their customer service and activation teams after they promised that my number would be released and cleared from my ex-wife's account they claimed that she did not pay the bill they took the money from me, I am no part of her business but the condition to clear the number was that I paid the money to get my number released. But after wasting my time unlocking my credit report and taking a hit to my great credit they told me that I could not have the number that I had for the last 23 years a total waste of my time. no one spoke English and no one could give me an explanation and now I must go to my bank to fight to get my money back, for a business that isnt even mine. Will never use or advise ******** to anyone very shady business practice and unprofessional how I was treated

TMobile has given several quotes of the cost of our services switching the account into my husbands name since hes over 55. Now that we have switched, and lost services that were included in our grandfather plan, the bill will be saving us a measly $22.38 instead of the savings of $78.38 as promised. We would not have given our grandfathered Sprint plan up to save $22.38. We are unable to go back to our plan since switching as it was a plan grandfathered in. I have gotten two quotes on the cost to pay our devices off to be able to leave TMobile (been with them 20+ years!) and unsure what that true cost is. Aside from this mess I have spent countless hours (yes, hours!) for a device we traded that was in their warehouse but couldnt be logged as received because of the Spint/TMobile merge. Needless to say, even though conversations are recorded and noted in an account they do not stand behind information their employees provide. I switched from one plan to another, losing perks, but to save $78+ for absolutely NOTHING.

Let this letter serve as a formal complaint and also to provide details of an interaction between myself and *****************I have been a Sprint customer since probably about ****. Through the years I have had some issues, but nothing that couldnt be resolved, which is why I remained a customer for so long.On 11/07/21 I called in to add an iPhone ** to my account. On that date, your representative advised that my account qualified for a free line; therefore the ** would be added for free. When the representative added the line, they added it as a virtual line accidentally. ***** from your team tried to fix the issue, but wasnt able to go back and add the line correctly. He deleted the virtual line and issued me a credit for 30 months. The reason it was 30 months was because that was as far out as he could go. Although I was not happy with the resolution, I agreed and agreed to contact him after that timeframe. There is no way that I would have agreed to that with the intention that, what was supposed to be a free line originally would to be a free a free line after 30 months. ***** no longer works for the company and I was then assisted by *****************On 10/13/23 ******** advised that based on her research there was pretty much nothing else she could do and her research shows there was nothing else that was supposed to be done. Which is absolutely false. I have since paid off my remaining phone that I still owed, and have started the process of transferring my service. Once the sim cards arrive in two business days I will no longer be a customer. ********, clearly did not complete a full research of what transpired because if she did, what I have explained she would have been able to clarify. If she is the person that resolves your customer issues, you will if you havent already loose a lot more customers. I asked ******** to give me information for her manager so that I can provide feedback about her service and was told I had to provide the feedback to her.
