      The bank denied my xfer of funds and said I needed to keep funds for 90 days. It's a savings account.. not a cd. I vlosed my account and filed a CFPB complaint.Thr bank lied in their response to the complaint and cited events that did not actually occur.

      Absolutely do not do business with this company!! Two hours and twelve people and they could not unlock my account. ****************************************************************** and the ** department kept transferring me back to the other side and no one could help. I was told the problem was five different things and nobody could help. I don't know how this company stays in business.

      I've had a GM card for 15 years and greatly enjoyed the perks. My parents have been cardholders for over 25 years and my entire family has ONLY bought GM cars because of the perks over that time. Marcus is the worst thing that could have happened to this previously wonderful card. **************** is so incompetent and so shackled by their terrible software "system" that I'll find a different auto company to give my money to every three years, rather than chasing points on my GM card.

      Marcus is the worst bank I have ever done business with.I requested to make a transfer and the transfer was reversed.I spoke to a representative and was told that I couldnt make more than one large transfers which thats not the case.I immediately requested to close all of my accounts; It has been over 7 business days and I am still waiting for the checks to come via federal express.I am presently filing a claim with the BBB.Any customer who is reading my complaint should write to the BBB.Theses types of illegal banking tactics has to be stopped by Marcus by Goldman.Sachs.

      I've had this account for forty years since **** Fraudulent charges on my "virtual" card became an ongoing problem Tonight i needed to use my physical card and was told im "restricted" all due to THEIR errors on my virtual card Just bought a new car yesterday pulled out nearly $4000.00 in rebates toward the purchase and closed the account ive had since ****

      I called the number on card to make a payment. When the man on line said i needed to update my account without thinking I gave him all the numbers he asked for. He then said that I would have to call back to make a payment. When I called back they told me that I was scammed. I do know if anyone calls me i would never give them information but i thought if i called them it was safe. I got no answer from them except it was a scam. No help on what to do next. Of course i got transferred several times with same answers. It wasn't us you were scammed!

      Worst bank with staff who are clueless. My account was hacked and CD was withdrawn( $25,000) After 2 months I got the money back from Marcus. Well supposably. When I deposited the check, it bounced. I had called to say I had not received check, so they stopped payment. I called back to say NOT to place stop payment as it was sitting in my mailbox. I asked if it was OK to go ahead and deposit and they said "yes". I drove to bank and deposited it. One week later my bank said it was insufficient funds! I called them to tell them and now they want to send me an affidavit to sign and return to get the money yet again. They say it will take 10 days, easy...NO as I will be out of town in a few days for 2 months!!!!!!! Marcus has highjacked my money just as the hacker did!!! And I asked to withdraw early since I did not feel comfortable leaving my money there since their security was not good, if it could allow hackers to access. They would not waive the penalty for early withdrawal, as my other accounts did waive it since it was their fault. So this has been eaiser for hackers to get my money than myself. I asked for supervisor and they are as clueless as other employees. So buyer BEWARE as they are a horrible bank

      Worst company I've ever dealt with. I had a link from a friend for each of us to get .5% higher interest for 3 months. I set up the account using her referral link and now am told there was some code somewhere I would have had to put in. The code is only valid on that day and they won't fix it. I have spoken to 2 people, one when setting up and one today, both were rude and could care less. I'm withdrawing my $ today, don't use them. Not impressed!

      Worst bank to deal with. I have a saving account with ******************** and recently setup a linked account. I recently transferred money to linked account and did not have any problems with transfer. Now tried another transfer and now they tell it wont go through because account was not verified, obviously it was verified before. Now my account is locked. Seems to me like they dont want you to move money from their control. Also, cannot get answers from them as why there is a problem in the first place.
