      Worst customer service was hold for over minutes. I wasted my whole lunch break and still didn't get nothing resolved. Ask to superviser kept getting same speech they cant help you. Finally my lunch break was over I had to go back to work myself. I guess I have to call again tomorrow.

      Worst customer service and worst company to deal with. Card issued with a limit, tried to use it via virtual card and did not work. Have been stuck in customer service nightmare since. Virtual card not accessible, physical card not shipped yet and credit inquiry done and rating already hit for the new account opening. DO NOT RECOMNEND ANY ONE TO OPEN THE ** CARD WITH MARCUS AS GOLDMAN SACHS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS EVEN WITH 800+ CREDIT RATING

      I was a GM card holder for 20+ years. When the switched over to Marcus by Goldman Sachs after a few calls with them I decided to pay off my balance and be done with them. Lo and behold my final payment was one day late and since then I have been getting interest upon interest and late fees. After 3 months I said s**** it and paid what was owed. Needless to say it was late and it started all over again. Now its up to right around $80. I called and after being switched around to 4 different agents I said am not going to continue to pay interest on top of interest. But maam you have to pay this we just can't write it off. Come on, like $80 f****** dollars is going to break them. So I said I will be getting a hold of the BBB and his response was "Do whatever you want but we'll keep sending you bills" Never will I do business with these people ever again.

      WAS ************THEN THEY SOLD BUSINESS TO MARCUS GOLDMAN SACHS-DO NOT GET ANY CREDIT FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL PLACE CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT YOU DID NOT MAKE AND KEEP DOING SO EVEN AFTER YOU PAY YOUR BALANCE TO ZERO AND CLOSE ACCOUNT--THEY WILL STILL PUT CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT YOU DID NOT MAKE JUST TO KEEP IT OPEN AND ACCUMULATE LATE CHARGES AND EVERYTHING ELSE THEY CAN THNK OF TO KEEP MAKING MONEY!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS.THIS IS MY 5TH TIME CONTACTING THEM FOR THE SAME REASON AS THEY DO NOT CARE THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP DOING SO EVEN WITH A CLOSED ACCOUNT FRAUDULENTLY ALL REVIEW SITES NEED TO MAKE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING AS IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD GIVE THEM A -5 STARS
