      I want to give 0 stars - this company is crooked. NEVER signed up for paperless billing & never had an online account with them. WITHOUT our permission, they expected online payments. We requested printed statements for several months before actually getting one. Needless to say, there were late fees. We paid in full every month for DECADES when owned by CitiBank! Now, after 3 ************* ACH payments (no way around it); and with a 3cent balance they are still requiring payment (won't forgive because of a ONE TIME finance forgiveness for their own mistake) and another month of finance charges on 3 cents and they won't give me the total to zero the balance. Every bank I've EVER worked with can give you TODAY'S balance to pay in full. This company refuses so they can drag it out another month. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this company - CROOKED as the day is long. HORRIBLE.

      worst customer service. What is GM thinking using these incompetent people to run there credit card business. Sent them a check that they did not credit to my account. Asked me to write the whole credit card number in the memo line of the check. Dumbest thing a bank ever told me to do. As soon as they get things straight on my account I will cancel the card. idiots! Been on the phone with them 3 times. every time what they told me never happened. Said information on the check was incomplete but it was the third one I sent and the other 2 were fine.

      My *********** have had the ** Card since ****. During that time, we had NO PROBLEMS. Since Marcus by Goldman Sachs took over in July 2022 it has been a NIGHTMARE. They advise (without shame) that it can take more than 10 business days to post a check payment. It will then take multiple calls to have them cancel the *************** charges for payments that are not late. If you look in Websters dictionary for the word INCOMPETENT the following, comes up Definition of incompetent 1a: lacking the qualities needed for effective action b: unable to function properly incompetent heart valves 2: not legally qualified 3: inadequate to or unsuitable for a particular purpose Need I say more.

      The banks fraud department called me about a transfer initiated by me. And I appreciate the fraud department for being proactive and asking me about it. But I would have been happy if it ended there. They wanted to call the other bank and get it verified and that verification included divulging PII details. It was that or no transfer. What a shameful and unsecure practise for account verification. I don't understand how me verifying and vouching for the transfer does not solve the problem. Such an atrocious banking practise from Marcus. I am rethinking my relation with them

      Worst customer service ever. Company changed account number on me, stopped sending bills then charges me late fees. Account was paid off in full when I realized and they would not waive any late fees.

      The worst company EVER. I sent them 4 checks none were processed. I called them and asked for the final balance and that I was cancelling the card. It took them a month and a half to process my check. Now I received another bill for more claiming they cannot cancel the card till I pay.

      had GM card for 30 years, Since Goldman Sachs Marcus took over things have fallen off the cliff. I can't get them to send my bill to my current address, interesting thing is they aren't sending it to my previous address either, it is the one prior to that. They are not capable of doing any thing about it. Their customer service "supervisors" ( *****) have zero people skills and has no idea what he is doing or how to even send the problem on to anyone else who can fix it. They claim they will let me know when they finally figure out how to resolve it. it has been too many months already. They want me to send them my payments, yet they can't send me my bills. Unfortunately it has become time to make a change, looking for my next credit card company.

      Virtual card doesn't work. And after further investigation I will NOT be activating the card that is sent to me! Absolute trash!

      Worst customer service ever. They never got ahold of me marked my bill late for 4 months I had that since 18 never missed a payment never was late until they took it over they ruined my credit dropped it down 75 and would not fix it fix it so I paid off the balance and close at account and would never ever recommend using these guys.
