      CARDS BEEN LOCKED RESTRICTED FOR TWO WEEKS BC I TRIED TO USE MY CARD AT DOLLAR GENERAL IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER 29 YEARS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT BEEN DEALING WITH THEM TWO WEEKS PASSED ALL THE VERIFICATION AND EVERYTHING AND NOW THEY HAVE TO MAIL ME A PAPER TO NOTARIZE WHAT A WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER JUST ** THE NUMBER THEY HAVE I NO LONGER HAVE BUT YET THEY VERIFIED ONE MY NEW IT THE OTHER DAY

      Absolutely untrustworthy. Sold off load to shady company (***) who has a website that looks like it was created on 5 min in ****. I won't go into more detail on the *** company, you can see on here they are very unpopular. Long story short, choose another lender because Goldman Sachs will sell you loan to the highest bidder whenever they decide it's too much work for them. They also do not care what happens with customers personal data apparently. Now I am stuck with a **** poor "servicing" company who probably bought my loan for pennies on the dollar. Goldman Sachs showing just how much of a slimeball company they are who care not for their customers

      Horriable customer service. Long phone conversation over 90 min. Un willing to resolve issues. Wont ***** my account and give me money. Do not use this firm their are much better banks to deal with.

      Please put me down as totally unsatisfied. Not only was the supervisor a total b****h but she refused to let me speak with her manager. All I asked was for a paper **** in order to prepare a fair and accurate tax return. She was awful! I blame the company for their poor trainingand I will file an estimate with the *** for the interest earnings with a notation and Goldman Sachs would not provide the information requested. They do not deserve a one star.

      My dad passed in October. 3 months later, we're still waiting for a check to be sent to my mother, the beneficiary on the account. They keep giving us the run around that it takes **** days to scan, **** days to review. Unless they are doing that 3 times, it's long past due. We're lucky that this money wasn't immediately needed, but this is ridiculous. We tell everyone to never use Marcus.

      After months of being locked out of my account they still cant verify my identity. They say my affidavit looked like it was photocopied? And they cant verify my phone number. I dont understand how they would allow me to put money in there for months with no problem and as soon as I try to withdraw they have a problem. Its EXTREMELY unprofessional and they seem to really not care about getting down to the problem. Ive talked to 2 people who work at banks and both have said there are so many other ways to verify my identity. Im also not the only one this has happened to, looking at other reviews. So annoyed with this company and concerned that I wont be able to access my savings. If I still havent received my second affidavit by the end of today Im contacting the attorney general because Marcus is withholding money. They need to seriously re-evaluate their employees and their ridiculous protocol for verifying people.

      When I had enough money over 6 months as stated their rule and guideline:1. It was impossible to wire my down payment to a title company.2. Marcus tried everything to risk nothing including lowering the wire transfer amount while I was at a risk of losing my house and ******* money deposit.3. I had to resolve Marcus's incompetency and irresponsibility by myself to secure my house and it cost me unnecessary thousands of dollars expense.3. Marcus has caused multiple troubles for numerous people, looking at all these sad and angry reviews and complaints on here.4. Can we file a class action lawsuit please? If any law firm is looking for a job please this is your big steak here.My case: An escrow wire transfer of 155k was initiated on Friday. Then, on Monday, Marcus called and notified me they could wire 142k only when I had enough money in my savings account over 6 months as their policy/guideline stated. I asked the reason/rationale for that reduction in the wire transfer amount. Marcus agent said it was decided by their internal guideline and review. Not sure this is even legally allowed because I have never heard of a bank reducing a wire transfer amount on their own when its my money, not theirs. What can I do when this giga-sized but has no branch bank is holding my money as a hostage? All I could do was continuously call in their customer services which did not help at all since their CS has no control over whats happening in their internal departments. On Wednesday noon, the wire transfer still did not happen. I couldnt risk losing my house and ******* money. So I had to find another way to make 155k as soon as possible and that cost me unnecessary thousands of dollars. Finally, I called in on Wednesday afternoon to cancel the wire transfer but Marcus said it cannot be canceled once initiated. On Thursday I called in again to see when they will wire the money. Then they said it was canceled without any notice. Has the process even been initiated?

      I am unable to make contact with anyone from Marcus by Goldman as I am desperate to speak with someone. Currently, my loan was sold to a company called ***. My monthly payment to Marcus is ******. Ive NEVER been late and paid Marcus ****** twice a month. I made a payment to your company December 4, 2023. The letter you sent out stated any payments after the 9th would need to be paid to ***. I paid *** $400 on December 13th. When they began calling me, they did acknowledge my Dec. 4th payment to Marcus and the Dec. 13th payment. NOW *** is stating that I still owe them ****** because the $400 I paid to Marcus on Dec. 4th went towards the principle balance. This was NEVER disclosed in the transfer notification. *** is stating my account is now past due!! I will have paid $1,146.40 for this December payment. I pride myself on my prompt payments on all my accounts and cannot afford this additional money especially after Christmas. This is a completely unfair lending practice. I have been unable to contact your company as all inquiries automatically go to routing me to the *** number and website. *** is saying to contact Marcus. I need someone to contact me immediately to get this issue resolved.

      Anything to do with this bank is suspect- I had paid off an entire credit line on 12-20-2023 and was told that a hold is required for at 10 daysthe money paid has cleared my bank. This seems to be very suspicious and paying off a credit line close to 4K seems as if the money is in space somewhere
