      This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, they have declined several transactions on my credit card. Claiming fraud!!!! My credit limit far exceeds the declined transactions. One for $50.00 and the other for $42.73. When I called asking the transactions be approved their customer service told me I have to call the store and tell them to re-submit transactions. I will be closing my account with ******************************************************************.

      Gm card. You are supposed to be able to charge and get credit for gm car purchase. However even with a ****** credit limit. They declined 2 3000 purchases on two diff occasions. And Denied me the right to get credit for gm. Their system messed up and not willing to fix it.

      Beware, they will steal your money and you can never get it back! I opened a cd with them and when I tried to close it at maturity, they didn't transfer the funds out. I spent almost an hour on the phone with them and they had excuse after excuse about my account being 'locked' and needing to be 'verified'. They eventually said it was fixed and I would get the money transferred in 1-3 business days. That was a lie. I called again after 3 days with no funds and then got told it was 'stuck in closing' but now it's fixed (again) and I will get the money in another 1-3 business days. I wonder what the next excuse will be. Guess I'll find out in 3 days.

      Inaccurate credit reporting. Failure to give paid in full notice and report to the credit Bureaus after loan has been paid in full for 4 months.

      I think this bank is keeping my money from being transferred into my external account as I had instructed. My landline doesnt accept calls from unknown numbers when Marcus goes to send me 4 digit pin. *** tried to rectify the situation with my landline but it wont cancel my phone block. My cell phone isnt being recognized with my name because it isnt with a carrier like ******* or Xfinity. It is merely a Tracfone. Therefore if Marcus has told me that no way of confirming my identity, even though Ive given them my SSN as well as all secret words. They just wont help getting my money out of their bank. They are forcing me to close out all my accounts. Thats my only recourse. Very poor customer service. *** spent hours and talked with at least 15 employees of Marcus to no avail.

      I received a statement in the mail, I never opened an account with them, when I called they wanted personal information and would not transfer me to their fraud department. I refused to.give them any information other then the account number on the statement. They would not take that, said they needed my SSN and DOB. No way I'm giving that to some place I never heard of. And never opened an account with. No fraud number listed on line. Avoid this company they are obviously not on the up and up.

      Would leave a zero star rating if possible. Ive had my GM Rewards card for close to 30 years. Marcus is by far the worst credit card servicing company Ive had in that time. If youre thinking about getting a card that is serviced by Marcus, dont!!! Run away as fast as you can.

      I have been a customer of ****************************************************************** for over 8 years. I have had no issue banking with them until the past few months. Terrible customer service and extremely rude way of handling banking issue. I have been transferring money between Marcus and my other banks for years and had no issue. However, Marcus locked all my transfers to my other banks which already been linked to Marcus. Marcus asked me to provide my the other bank information which I refused because I don't think it's their business to know my personal information about another bank. ******* was putting me on hold for so many times and was trying to cut my line when I asked to speak to the supervisor. ******* told me the supervisor was busy and asked me to call back in 3 business day. Are you serious?? Then when I kept saying I had to get this transfer done now, she said that she was helping me by talking to her supervisor on the other line. Hello, your supervisor was busy but you were talking to her now??? Finally, she gave up on me and transferred the line to the supervisor. The supervisor was rude and repeating the same thing as ******* without trying to help resolve the issue. Worse part is that after we hanged up with nothing got resilved, all my transfers were locked afterwards without my knowledge or consent! I was on the phone for 1.5 hours and this was the result I got. I'm closing out my account and no more business with them. Period.
