      The answering service and the local locations do not communicate with each other. I had called for service and the 866 number people repeatedly told me that they would be coming to service my home 2 days later. I called that day and they confirmed. No one ever came. The following week they came and did the treatments. After they got their money, I became a non concern for them. The local managers were not willing to help me or even listen to my concerns when I tried to speak with them. They ignored my emails and phone calls you never get through to a local person.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Chose another **********************, please. Save yourself time and aggravation!!!

      We had a scheduled appointment for 2 fridays ago between 8am-12pm. They never showed. I missed a day of work for this appointment and to this day have not been able to receive an answer as to why they never showed? No phone call, no nothing! Ive called a dozen times between the day of our scheduled appointment and today. Each time, they tell me that the *** in our area is unreachable? Not being able to make an appointment is one thing, a complete disregard for the money I lost by missing out on work is another? A phone call would have been amazing, but I know its not coming

      My phone number is ************. You will be able to locate my appointment that you all never showed up for using that number. I missed a day of work to be home for that appointment, it cost me $300. Out of curtesy, you could have at least called me to let me know that no one was coming! I tried calling you all repeatedly for days and no one that I talked to could give me an answer. They all just kept saying that somebody would call me back. Nobody ever called. The right thing to do would be to reimburse me the $300 I lost by missing work for an appointment that you never showed up for!

      We hired terminix to come out and handle a bed bug problem, they came out 3 times and didn't fix the issue. The manager lied and said he was going to come out and never did. We don't want to continue to pay for a service not we'll done.

      Requested a bedbug treatment and was quoted $1,400 for a heat treatment. Called the *** to get it scheduled and he signed the paperwork without my knowledge or permission using my, not yet legally accurate, married name. Had to reschedule twice due to tech not showing up and finally they came and did a simple spray. Was told it was level based treatments and we paid for the lowest level. Fourteen hundred dollars??? Are you kidding me? Talked to a manager in Febuary and haven't heard anything since. ******** customer service and down right evil sales practices. We were lied to, taken advantage of, and dumped like a dog. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLEASE.

      I have two termite contracts with Terminix and contacted them to come out to treat termites. They make appointments and dont show up. The telephone operator cannot schedule appointments and no one ever calls to come out. They are not able to service the contract. I am so frustrated and still have termites.

      If I could leave negative stars, I would. Having Terminix to my rental property was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. The Terminix technician was asked to assess the property for mice as the tenants reported a mouse issue the previous day. The technician put the fear of God into these tenants indicating the mouse problem was a very serious infestation that could create major health problems for them. I've owned homes for 30 years, and upon inspection, I realized this was not a major infestation as the technician claimed. The technician provided a proposal that included trapping 3 times, 2 days apart, then sealing any obvious points of entry. This work estimate was $2,200 total. I brought another service provider the following day who advised this was not a huge problem, offered a different course of action and an estimate of $600. The tenants were very spun up by the Terminix technician and initially refused entry by the second service provider. The tenants summoned the police describing a "hostile forced entry by the landlord" which was obviously diffused by the police. Through this interaction, we learned that the Terminix technician re-visited the tenants after we left the service visit the previous day. The Terminix technician shared videos of much larger infestation scenarios, sent them links to information about ********** and advised them that if their landlords did not address the issue, the tenants have the right and should take legal action against the landlord. (Keep in mind, I learned of this problem less than 24 hours beforehand.) The Terminix technician also emailed the service proposal to the tenants which feels very inappropriate. One of the tenants is bi-polar, and the Terminix technician absolutely created a disasterous situation that escalated in a way that should've never happened. Never, ever, ever will I use Terminix again.

      Beware of Terminix Dishonest and Deceptive Practices I feel compelled to warn others about my deeply disappointing experience with Terminix. Despite canceling their services multiple times, they have continued to charge me fraudulently, claiming that they have performed pest control serviceswhich is a complete lie. No one ever showed up, no treatment was ever done, yet the billing kept coming.Ive contacted them repeatedly to resolve the issue, but each time Im met with more deception and empty promises. They insist services were rendered when they absolutely were not. This isnt just poor customer serviceits dishonest and unethical. In my opinion, this company is running a scam: charging for work they dont do, ignoring cancellations, and gaslighting their ************** yourself the time, stress, and money. Do not trust Terminix.

      I wish to clarify that my complaint does not concern the use of auto-pay. Rather, my grievance is that Terminix continued to charge my account despite the contract having been properly canceled. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that subcontractors acting on behalf of Terminix submitted fraudulent service reports. These reports claim services were rendered when, in fact, no service occurred because no one was present at the property at the time, and the services required access to the interior of the home.I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate corrective action be taken, including a full refund of any charges incurred after cancellation.

      We have been a customer of ********************** over ** years. During our quarterly appointment on 1/1`6/2025, the technician met with my wife and he told her he would spread pesticide granules to address the ant problem she brought up. The technician briefly wiped under a couple of ***** but did nothing about the granules. This visit cost $193. I called Terminix on 1/28/25. I told them about the experience and canceled our account. In this call, Terminix said they would remove the charge. We then started receiving ******* calls almost daily. I returned several of the calls and told them we are not paying the bill. On the third call, the Terminix person apologized and said he would remove the bill. We continued getting calls. I answered one and was told a supervisor would call back in ***** hours. No one ever called. I returned the call from another ******* message and was told a regional supervisor would call back. No one ever called. I received a written bill and returned a letter to Terminix describing the situation. No response. I"m still getting ******* calls as of 5//6/25, and any time I answer, the person on the phone does not have the authority to address the problem. Terminix did not provide the service requested and has been totally unprofessional in dealing with a customer complaint. I can't believe we used their service for so long.

      This company works for my neighbor and parked in my driveway, forcing me to miss a doctor's appointment (and pay a missed appointment fee of $50). When I called the office to ask them to contact the driver, they hung up on me. And when the tech finally came out 30 or 40 minutes later, he was completely unapologetic, and said it was "not his problem."If you want your neighbors to hate you, definitely hire these guys! I just hope they care more about their work than they care about their reputation - but I doubt it!

      Terminix cancelled our contract by mistake and the billing has been a nightmare. I had service up until fall of 2023 when they cancelled mine instead of my daughter's service(she moved).Poor customer service!!! , I have attempted to reach out many times and reschedule to get service restarted and the tech never showed up on date given. Then one day he decides to show up AFTER i cancelled due to the no show, and did service at MY NEIGHBORS home and CHARGED me for the service. i was not home, but i got a message saying he completed the work but my neighbor confirmed it was her home. Needless to say , i am at a loss for words for this kind of service.I have found another pest control service with no issues. I just want to make others aware that they make many mistakes and have poor communications skills. I did get my refund back but this is an issue that should have never happened. I did get a call from someone in management i believe but they were more interested in why i cancelled than to apologize for the mistake they made.....
