      I have no idea how they would have an A+ review here. Read the yelp reviews please, looks like I'm not the first one got similar problems. I am extremely disappointed with Terminix due to repeated dishonesty and poor customer service. First lie: When I signed up, I was sold a quarterly subscription with the understanding that I would only be billed once per quarter and would not be charged if I didn't use the service for that quarter. However, I soon started receiving monthly bills--I didn't use the subscribed services yet. Second lie: When I called to complain and cancel my plan, I was told the charge would be removed. I even confirmed this with a supervisor, who assured me the same. Yet, the following month, I received another bill--this time stating I had two months overdue. When I called again to fix this mistake, I was told they could not remove the first month's charge because their notes claimed I was "aware" of it. This directly contradicts what I was told and what I confirmed with their supervisor. Then they said someone will call me back within 36 hours, and was 4 days ago. This experience has been nothing but frustrating. I was misled twice, charged for services I didn't use, and then refused a correction after being promised one. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company.

      This is the most unethical company in the world. They are extremely fraudulent. I called them to get some information. I already had a pest control company trying to solve a an issue I had. However, Terminix said they could send someone out just to make sure it was a black ant problem. However, after talking to the sales *** on the phone Id let them know I did not want anyone to come out and I did not want their services. End of story. However, Terminix began to start sending contractors out to the property and they started trespassing on private property. I literally have one of the contractors from Terminix trespassing on my ring camera he sprayed a corner for 30 seconds (my tenant came outside to stop him) then left a bill. I kept calling the company over and over to stop with this madness and nobody wanted to help me. Now I have debt collectors nonstop, letters, threatening me. Its been an absolute nightmare. I advise you to go with a different company. I am still battling this mess.

      Had a contract through the end of the month, terminix refused to service the address during the period that was already PAID for. No refund No pest control Thieves!!!!!!

      I would have given zero stars if possible. Spent almost $4000 to have house wrapped in aluminum and had area around garage caulked with some special material the tech had. Still have mice. Tech was supposed to be here between ***** and never showed. No call, nothing. This is unbelievable. I have been on hold with them now for 40 minutes trying to speak with a supervisor. I have been told they can't give me a name or a number for a supervisor. "They just don't do that". This business should be shut down.

      *** with Terminix doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer emails... basically doesn't respond to any communication.I've been BEGGING for a response for nearly THREE WEEKS! He didn't send the invoice until days after the inspection. But we had to pay that day. He has been contacted by AT LEAST four different people regarding a singular house. It was a simple inspection with very straightforward paperwork that needed to be sent in. He hasn't.I don't know what office he is from, but this is in central ********. I will review every location in ** to warn people about these shady practices.

      This company over charges by double the competitors. When you need to get a hold of someone you get the run around and they only email management who will call you back in "24 to 48 hours" which is a lie. Management does not call you back. Don't waste your money. Use someone else.

      I would not recommend Terminix to anyone! My contract balance was $1******, I paid $1000 down with a remainder of ******, I called back to pay my bill and they charged my credit card twice of a balance of $289.51 , then I get a bill from a place called SMAC that I know nothing of which is a finance company they use that they dont disclose wanting the money I already paid Terminix. My balance should be less than $300 at this point. I called Terminix and they give me the run around and no one can tell me where my money is or ******* NOT USE TERMINIX!! You will be sorry. After using them no one will answer or return your calls. Poor business!

      When I reached out about a ***** problem at my house. I was told I was going to get somebody to come out and flush out the roaches and then if I signed up for the service, it would help me get rid of the roaches. This was in February. It is now almost August and I still have the problem. When I complained, I was told I never paid for the flush. I was only getting the service. This makes me so mad because I was mislead and lied to. I was told one thing and now I am being told another. I was already spraying my house. I have been paying all this time for something that has done nothing, something that I was already doing. I feel like I just threw all my money away and was lied to and mislead to do it. The when I complained they said oh sorry if the call center told you the wrong thing. They might not have known what they were saying. WHAT??? Would not recommend!

The notes on your account do not show that you called in to inquire about the ***** cleanout that you did not receive, nor were you ever billed for.       If I could give zero stars I would. This has been a total nightmare and Ive made so many attempts to find out what their process was. One man finally said that they would inject the walls with dust and then he realized I was a customer and dropped off of the face of the earth so quick it wasnt funny. They care about nothing and nobody. WASPS. HORNETS, YELLOWJACKETS are not a laughing matter!
